The perfect stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was the perfect fit for our group of 11, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for everyone, and the bedrooms were cozy and thoughtfully furnished. The location was ideal, with easy access to the springs, making it a great home base for all our activities. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

A great place to stay close to Weeki Wachee!!!

Kitchen well stocked. We found everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms, property was clean and inviting. Owner said we could use the kayaks and life vest and we enjoyed those. Close to Weeki Wachee. A great place!!!!

Jason was easy to communicate with and wanted us to have a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some snacks/condiments which made it easy to cook and eat there. Having a downstairs with two bedrooms and a living room worked great for the kids/young adults to have fun. There are a lot of well taken care of water crafts (paddle boards and kayaks) to explore the river. This is one of our favorite places to stay in this area.

Nice place with lots of room.

Very nice place. Setup was perfect. Plenty of room and had nice coffee and snack setup. Screened in porch to enjoy the cool mornings and night.

Fantastic Week on the River

This river house is beautiful and worked perfectly for hosting my large family. There were plenty of rooms and beds so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other all week. It's well stocked with everything we needed for maximum comfort. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards to go around. We especially enjoyed the morning sunrises on the dock while fishing.The host is extremely gracious and made us feel welcomed to everything in the house. Hospitality was too notch. We will definitely be looking to come back again in the near future

They thought of everything!

Jason was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The property has tons of room to spread out and plenty of kayaks for water activities as well as lot of comfy places to just chill and relax. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could need and the bathrooms had plenty of new fluffy towels.to runoff with. They literally thought of everything. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again. Perfect location. We even saw a momma and baby manatee right off the deck as we returned from kayaking.

WOW, amazing house! Every you need for a great vacation is in this house. Plenty of kayaks, toys for the kids, towels, space.., etc. Jason even sent cookies and water during the week. Would highly recommend staying here. It is well worth the money.
