Dogs welcome! Yard is fully fenced in. Ample parking in two driveways.
Weeki Wachee luxury living at its finest. Upper level is a kitchen, great room with 65” tv. Dining area, screened porch overlooking the water. A king bedroom suite with stand up shower and garden tub. Massive his and her closets for long stays. Second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom just off the bedroom with a tub/shower combo. Lower level, with separate outside entrance, has a glassed in sitting area with television overlooking the water plus a large room with a queen bed, exercise equipment and a twin bed. Also a full bathroom with stand up shower. The entire home, upstairs and down is included, but each has privacy due to each have separate entrances. Home comes with pots, pans, eating utensils etc. Everything needed for a big family meal. High quality cookware. Linens, blankets and towels plus access to extra of everything. I Laundry room has washer and dryer with detergent. Home comes with kayaks a paddle board, plus paddles and life jackets for all ages. Perfect for paddling the crystal clear Weeki Wachee. Manatees and Dolphins are frequently seen from the porch of the home. Fishing off the dock is very good, Crab, Mullets, Snook, Redfish, Snapper as well as Bass. Feel free to dock your boat at the home. The river access is just downstream from the hot dog barge and upstream from hospital hole. If this home is booked or doesn’t fit your families needs, I have two other homes in Weeki Wachee. Always feel free to ask questions. I want to ensure every family stay is absolutely perfect.
No massive check out duties. This is your vacation.

Loved the spacious kitchen and living room. We put two teenagers downstairs and one upstairs. There was plenty of room and 3 full bathrooms. We used the kayaks, fire pit and grill. Thanks for sharing your place with us, the location was fantastic!

Our recent stay at this property was amazing! The house is very comfortable and so well equipped with all the comforts of home. Kevin was an incredible host- very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. I highly recommend this property. Our family will definitely be back!

Great winter getaway

Place was easy to get to and loved having water access with the kayaks and paddle boards. It was nice to have room for us to spread out.

Perfect getaway!

Our family stayed for Labor Day weekend and we had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable! The owner was very personable, polite and responsive!! We will definitely be back!

This property is wonderful. Lots of kayaks and all the necessities. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Host is very accommodating, easy to communicate with.

Great spacious home for a family getaway

We stayed here to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family and loved it. Having a spacious living room/kitchen and 3 full bathrooms was especially great for family units to have their own space. Kayaks were easy to put in water and Weeki Wachi river / springs was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped even for my mom to pull off a great thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. Love that it is a pet friendly property! Kevin was great! We highly recommend it!

An Overall Wonderful Visit!

Property was very clean and orderly! The layout is perfect for multiple groups. The upper and bottom patios were lovely to enjoy during morning coffee and dinner drinks. The dock was so much fun. We even had some manatees come welcome us to the home! 5/5 on the stay!

Clean and Convenient

When we first arrived the canal was pretty mucky, but it cleared up the next day. We took a kayak ride to the river and it was beautiful. The beds were clean and the house is full of convenient amenities. We stay at Weeki at least once a year, and would be happy to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your riverhouse with us.

Love this place

This house was great and plenty of room. We had a wonderful time kayaking the river. Nature around us was so awesome to watch. Manatees everywhere, mullet jumping, turtles , ducks, and a lone garbage bandit made an appearance one evening. Weeki Wachee River is truly a beautiful place. Communication with Kevin was easy and fast reply. We will be returning here again.

Nice House inside...

No stairs inside, outside access 3rd bdrm, couple blinds need repair. Yard needs attention, dock repair,overgrown, broken screen door, broken. chair, old sink in yard.

About perfect!

This was my third spring trip to the area for kayaking. By far the best accommodations- spacious and lots of natural light. Separate area downstairs for my two adult sons. Super clean with everything you could need. Excellent system for getting into kayaks. I hesitate to give this place the wonderful review it deserves because I would like for it to be our secret, but I guess that is not fair to the really great host! We saw manatees in our canal most days. We will be back as soon as we can.

This property hit everything on our checklist. Honestly, I felt like I found the unicorn property for my purposes and my checklist. The biggest thing for me whether I’m in a rental property or a hotel is that it’s clean and this property was clean. This is the first time we travel with our dogs. We did it as a test because we live about an hour away in Florida. This property was perfect for my fur babies as well. A screened in porch on the second floor and a sunroom on the first floor that had a portable air conditioning. The dogs could look out so I knew they weren’t gonna be staring at four walls and barking at every noise that came by. The property was fenced in so they could roam around. I like the river access from the canal. Because we were on a bend of the canal, we’re looking at the water and the manatees in the canal. We only had four in our traveling party so it was very spacious and was stocked with all that we needed for our trip as far as pots and pans, cooking utensils, towels, kayaks, paddles, fishing pole, I would definitely rent this property grand, and the host was very attentive and checked in.

Canal home, kayaks, manatees, crabs

Communication with owner was great with fast response. Kitchen was well stocked with all equipment and dishes; house was nicely furnished; we appreciated having soaps, shampoos and paper products supplied; crab traps were available and successful!! Kayaks were provided and we enjoyed paddling seeing manatees! Comfortable beds. Glad that the porch deck was screened to allow evenings without the Bugs. Keyless locks very convenient. We collected our recycling items and brought to local center because curbside recycling was not available ( Florida issue??) and glass not recycled!

Highest Quality Most Affordable Vacation Rental On Weeki Wachee River

My boyfriend and I brought his two kids, 13 and 9, for their first paddle boarding trip on Weeki Wachee. I have stayed in many rentals on the river and this house was by far, the most affordable, best quality rental we've had. The house was impeccably clean and perfect for a family with teens that want their own space or for two couples. My only wish is that we stayed for longer than two days. The house is only a quick .25 mi easy paddle from the river and was equipped with quality kayaks, life vests and paddles for the whole family. We brought our own paddleboards but, were thoroughly impressed. Kevin was so responsive and gave incredible recommendations of restaurants with great food and live music! The house was even equipped with just about every kitchen utensil and baking dish you would have at home. We had a dessert baking competition and it was so much fun. Thank you for expansive peace of paradise with us. We will be back. Five stars!!

Weeki Wachee Love!

Kevin’s place exceeded expectations and he was always available to answer questions. This was our 3rd time staying in Weeki Wachee and our best rental experience yet! The location was perfect for us, quiet yet easy paddle the main river. We are already planning to return in the spring.

Great Place

This trip was literally days after hurricane Ian. Communications with Kevin were great - he kept us informed about conditions there. Don't let the neighborhood fool you - looks a little funky on driving in, however several neighbors talked with us and were just the nicest people. We loved sitting on the second floor porch or opening up the downstairs Florida room and watching the water. It was very relaxing and we'll definitely be back.

This is a very nice and very clean home. The owner is very friendly and always available to help.

Enjoyed our stay and Kevin the owner was oh so nice! It is maybe like 300 yds off main river which we would have loved to have stayed right on; but we still enjoyed our time there. We had plenty of space for our family and felt right at home. I would highly recommend this home if you're wanting to stay close to main river in a beautiful grassy canal you should most definitely see manatee and other aquatic wildlife right here! Thanks for sharing your home and your time Kevin.

Outstanding!

Had a snafu with our reservation but Kevin went above and beyond to make it right. I have never experienced such great customer service! And he was always available to help us through our check in process and throughout the stay. The house was nicely appointed, had anything you needed, was situated right on the canal and was a short kayak paddle from the Weeki Wachee River. We spent two days exploring on our kayaks- all provided with the rental! Glad we didn’t have to haul ours there. Our daughter loved her private room downstairs- great for teens or those who need their own space. It was a great little vacay for all of us-thanks Kevin for all you did for us.

Beautiful vacation oasis

We just wish we could have stayed longer.. The house was clean and well stocked. It is very spacious and the furniture is super comfortable. We could see manatees from the upstairs and enjoyed watching the wildlife from the upstairs patio. The kayaks were very nice and there were plenty to choose from. There were even tubes for us to haul behind the kayaks! The host kept in close contact with us and was readily available for anything we needed to tell him. Only thing important to know is that the downstairs room is a bit isolated, you must go outside to go downstairs. That is perfect for teenage children, grandparents or a 2nd family, but if you are depending on that extra room for smaller children it won't really work because it isn't connected to the main house from the inside. Nevertheless, the main house is quite large, we didn't even need to use the downstairs room.

Retired nature lover. First time to visit Weeki Wachee hooked me. I immediately bought a home , and now have three. All my vacation homes cater to completely different lifestyle needs. One home is in the quiet area with access to Mud River by Mary's Fish Camp. Has a boat ramp and very fast access to fishing and scalloping in the gulf. Another home has access to Weeki Wachee with a heated, salt water pool that is screened in. And the third is a super modern living home with beautiful king master suite and two levels that look over the canal with quick access to the main Weeki Wachee river.
