Spacious 3BR Townhome 3 Miles from Disney

Enjoy our fully equipped 3BR/3bath town home in beautiful Windsor Palms less than 3 miles from Disney World.

The main floor features an open concept kitchen leading into the great room. Enjoy a quick snack or breakfast at the breakfast counter or prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meal in the dining area. After dinner, watch a movie or play a video game on the 50' flat screen TV in the great room.

After a long day at the parks jump right into your own heated splash pool!

Also on the main floor is the first guest room with queen bed, TV/DVD and attached bath with walk-in shower.

The second floor features a master suite with king size bed, TV/DVD and full bath with soaker tub. Also on the second floor is a Mickey themed twin room with TV/DVD/Wii console and yet another full bath.

Just a short stroll away you will find all the amenities of a 5 star resort. Enjoy the Olympic sized pool, 50 seat theatre, WII game room, pool table and arcade games. For more active fun head over to the playground, basketball and tennis courts or work out at the gym. Cold drinks, snacks and convenience items are all available at the sundry shop which is also headquarters for bike rentals and transportation to parks.

All this at prices competitive with the cost of an average cramped hotel room. Why stay anywhere else?

Great place for family trip to Disney! The pool was awesome for quiet mornings or evenings. Close proximity to Disney, groceries, restaurants, etc.

The place is perfect for a family that is doing Disney/Universal. Close to parks, close to nice restaurants, close grocery stores. Made it an easy vacation.

Nice place for Disney trip. Checking in process requires extra step but everything else is awesome once setup correctly. Clean, spacious, pool is a plus.

Fantastic stay in good proximity to Disneyworld

We had a really enjoyable stay. The property was clean and well presented with lots of amenities. The children enjoyed the pool very much after a long day at Disneyworld. Parking was easy and the grounds were well maintained.

Wonderful Property

Super clean and amazing property. Location is wonderful and easy access to theme parks. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want all the fun at the parks, but want to chill in your own space when you leave.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is super clean, comfortable and close to shopping. The drive to the Disney parks was under 20 minutes. The home is well stocked with most of the items you will need for a stay and grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive for all your other needs. We paid for the pool heat and were very pleased with the warmth of the water. The beds are comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

The house was clean and well-equipped for our family trip to Disney! We did not use the pool, but the back porch was nice. We had a great stay!My only request would be for hotter water for showers. It was a colder week in Florida, so a warmer shower would have been nice :)

Clean, Perfectly Located Townhouse

We were very happy with the townhouse. It was in a great location to all parks. Clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We did not use the pool but it appeared well taken care of. Would definitely book again.

Great house! Great community!

We stayed at John’s house in Windsor Palms during 5 weeks and everything was perfect. We loved our stay. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. John responded quuckly to all our questions. Highly recommended!

So relaxing! Very quiet neighborhood.

We loved staying here and would 100% return again. Beautiful, well- kept neighborhood and clubhouse. The house was immaculate. It had everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are good sized with large closets and storage available. The water pressure in the shower was great!

Perfect getaway spot

Overall such a wonderful experience! Loved having the mini pool. Only issue was the trash didn’t get picked up the first 2 days and someone else put their trash in our bin but after calling the front, they had it picked up within a few hours! For sure will stay here again in the future if we’re in the area

Loved it!!

John the host and the entire staff with global vacations were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was well kept, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Super convenient location, nice little arcade. You can get equipment for the volleyball and basketball courts as well which was nice. I don't see why you'd bother staying at Disney for triple the price.

Great for families!

We were 5 adults- 2 college aged kids, 2 adults, and my mom who is almost 70. The condo had enough space for everyone to have their own private time. Each room had a bathroom which was good for times we were all trying to get ready at the same time. Location was good- easy to get around. We used the big property pool once but the teens liked the small private pool better. Kitchen was well stocked- lots of helpful items.

Just like home

We have been to Disney many times, but have never stayed off property until this year. We spent 10 fantastic days here in this place that felt just like home! I knew we would be doing a lot of cooking since we were there so long and over Christmas. I was worried about what kitchen items would be there: let me tell you, they have it all. Great communication and so convenient to the parks. We will definitely be planning more trips here. You can not go wrong with this place.

Great location

The location can't be beat when staying off site. We could get to the parks in about 15 mins each day. Grandparents enjoyed the heated splash pool in the backyard as they didn't join us at Disney. John was very easy to get into contact with before and during our stay. He even provided a discounted rate for the heat in the splash pool compared to what Global was going to charge us. Will definitely stay again if we head to Orlando again! And will recommend to friends!

Nice 3br!

Nice place, good location. Just as described. The only thing I would personally change is allowing the a/c to go below 72. But it stayed cool & everything worked - nice furniture, good size tvs in every room, nice neighborhood.

Winter sun Orlando fun.

This property is in a great gated community. It has great rules to keep the area clean, tidy, accessible, safe and fun.The house itself had plenty of room for all of us. My older parents stayed on the ground floor with their own bathroom. Kids and us upstairs with separate bathrooms and access to laundry .The pool (we had heated) was enough for our kids and we loved it.

The townhouse was nice. Love the pool right at the back door. My only issues was the place wasn't as clean as I would have liked to see. The cleaning people could have done better I believe. Dead bugs against the walls and the floors looked like they just brushed over them fast.

Thanks for the review Elisha. Unfortunately a dead bug or two goes with the territory in the area. The unit is sprayed at least monthly for pest control so that is why they are usually dead. They tend to come in very quickly when doors are left open, as guests (and even us) tend to do. Especially at check in when bringing in bags. So doors need to be closed at all times but of course people don't realize that so sometimes the critters win (short term).
