When you arrive at Tanglewood Cabin you will see the modern exterior surrounded by trees and views of Beaver Lake - offering that exclusive and private feel! Inside, you will see our spacious, open concept kitchen and living space with an entire wall as a window providing nature views from all angles. Back inside our kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies needed to make a home cooked meal, baked good, or a delicious cup of coffee. Enjoy your creations at the 6-person dining table in the center of all the fun. Down the hall, there is relaxing corner with built in seats and a Smart TV.



Enjoy the Beaver Lake directly from Tanglewood Cabin! At the back of the house, you will find a staircase/pathway leading down to the shore of the lake. When you aren't at the water, enjoy our gorgeous patio space. The patio faces the lake, has seating, and a wood fired fireplace to create the perfect ambiance.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms:

(1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, large, uncovered windows, an attached bathroom, and access to the patio.

(2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, an uncovered window, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) Third bedroom - Two twin bunk beds, an uncovered window and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our home sits on a spacious, secluded, wooded area. Beaver Lake is accessible by the staircase/path located in the back yard.



Getting Around:

Explore Rogers and Beaver Lake! Our house is just 2.9 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles to Downtown Rogers which offers several restaurants and shops.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet friendly.

★ Access to the home is down a sloped gravel driveway - 4WD vehicle is suggested.

★ The wifi speed is generally slow, and the connection is intermittent.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.

★ Guests do not have access to the boat dock. Boat parking isn’t allowed at this property due to Beaver Lake rules. Guests are welcome to park along the shoreline, but dock access is strictly prohibited.

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.

Quiet Getaway

Beautiful place. Tons of privacy. A unique and lovely home. We wanted a quiet, relaxing getaway and this was the perfect destination for that. Great kitchen and bathrooms. The bed was superb! Very relaxing!

Gorgeous House!

We booked Tanglewood for my son’s 19th birthday. This house is so pretty! We had such a great time swimming and playing games and chilling on the deck. It was the perfect getaway!

The company assures me that there are no bed bugs but they have had the property treated in case. I am a physician who takes care of cases of bed bugs often and supplied documentation by my health system that indeed I had a case of severe bed bug bites. PLESE check the property for BED BUGS! The stove was also nonfunctional and they sent cookers out. I ended up cooking everything over an open fire. Otherwise the home is stunning. There was a generous offer of a 50 refund and 20% off of my next stay. That will not be happening.

Beautiful home, horrible driveway

This is an absolutely gorgeous house in a remote setting on Beaver Lake. It would have been a perfect stay if the driveway to the home was paved. When we booked our stay, the listing said nothing about needing a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access the home. The first time or two after a running start we were able to get up the driveway ok. Unfortunately it had been freshly graded and the gravel loosened up, and it took almost 40 minutes to get out of the driveway our departure day. Absolutely fantastic stay but the driveway gives it a 3/5 for damage to our vehicle. The neighbor is a grouchy old man that decided to throw rocks at our vehicle the last morning because apparently our struggle to get out of the driveway was ruining his morning.

Good property but can use some improvements

While we enjoyed stay and the house is very cosy and ergonomic there are a few things that can be imporoved. First of all - no coverings on windows. It's not fun to wake on your vacation at dawn. Even window in one of the bathrooms is not covered and provides "full view". Second, grilling place has to be added to the description. We bought our own grill with us to find out there is one on the other side outside the house. Third thing is a driveway to the house. It's steep and covered with gravel and requires a 4x4 car to climb up. Unfortunatelly we found out about it only 24 hours before check in. My friends, who had regular car had troubles driving up that driveway and as result they damaged their car's tires and were force to buy new ones. I think inveting in asphalt would make the property more accessible. But if you are ok with everything above it's a great property to stay. The management is very responsive and helpful.
