Located directly on the beach at the very popular Carlos Pointe Beach Club at the South End of Fort Myers Beach and within walking distance of Lover's Key National Park. This non-smoking two bedroom/two bathroom condo is a corner unit which was beautifully renovated. These renovations include a brand new kitchen with granite counters, high quality new furniture throughout including a 3 SMART TELEVISIONS-one in each bedroom and the living room. Our corner condo has added space to accommodate SIX guests. The living room,dining room and lanai are larger than the standard condos at Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Our condo is decorated with a Floridian flair and is very well maintained; so you can be sure of a very comfortable vacation stay! The condo has high speed wireless internet so you can surf the web while sitting out on the screened in balcony while viewing the magnificent Gulf of Mexico, boats, pelicans, seagulls, dolphins and sunsets! This unit is located on the 3rd floor and comes complete with an absolutely stunning view of the beach and the Gulf from the full length screened in balcony. This beach club is ideally suited to families with a sparkling pool, access to the Gulf and our beautiful sandy beach!.

The property is close to excellent restaurants via Lee Tran Trolley, a short drive or by walking. Local attractions such as theme parks, mini golf, parasailing, kayak rentals, tours, fishing are all available. The shopping is beyond belief with the designer outlet mall and a variety of markets just a short distance away. Conveniently located to the Spring training stadiums for the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox.

This is truly a family destination with more than enough activities available to keep everyone entertained for a week or more. The Fort Myers Beach weather and the plentiful sand will make for an excellent vacation experience!

Perfect Location-Fantastic Condo-Great Communication!

I was very impressed with the condominium and all the room that it had. The beds were extremely comfortable and I also liked how quiet it was in the building we stayed at. Perfect for 2 couples

This condo is perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bath off the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped so we made most of our own meals. The location is perfect, close to Lovers Key Park and far from the hubbub at Time Square. A wonderful experience!

Very clean. Non-crowded beach. Any questions or issues we had were taken care of quickly. Condo was as expected. Our first time to Fort Myers Beach. While we prefer Destin, PCB area, this was a nice getaway to try something new.

1 week at Carlos Point Condo's

Easy to find and get into our room. Owner was a great communicator. Beds were comfy. Couch was a little to soft, but who sits during vacation! Screened porch was fantastic - roomy enough for everyone to sit in and has great views. No disturbances of any kind. I forgot something when I left and the owner is helping me to get it back to me.

Fort Myers get away

The condo is on the south end of the island across from Lovers Key. The beach there faces both the open ocean and Lovers Key. The shelling was great, there were no crowds, the place was very family oriented. A pretty good walk to the water. Communication with the owners was great.

Christmas Break

Great location - easy access from the south through Bonita Springs. Everything was clean. Kitchen is small but great. Building is well maintained. Pool and patio area is very nice. Easy walk to Lovers Key. Owner is very engaged and easy to talk to and work with. We hope to stay here again.

Our stay at the Carlos Pointe was wonderful. The condo so super neat and clean when we arrived. The view was wonderful! I have never had such wonderful communication with a condo owner. Marcia was very kind and wanted to make sure everything was going great with the rental. Having the small washer/dryer in the condo is GREAT! Even though you could only use it for small loads, it saved you the hassle of taking you laundry to and back from somewhere! I love the location because it was a gorgeous view, but not to far from Bonita Springs. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at Carlos Pointe before and love it more each time. Condo was lovely. Enjoyed the lanai. Walked to Lovers Key Park every morning. It is beautiful there. The beach was very nice as well as the pool. Weather was great too except for one day that it stormed. Traffic wasn't bad either. We will definitely be back!!

This was not really a corner condo. The area was nice. The kitchen was updated and washer and dryer were new. The rest of the condo needed updating. We arrived and had to clean the floors which were very dirty with lots of hairs. There was a big long hair on the master pillow which lead me to believe the bedding had not been washed. The bathroom counters seemed dirty. Towels that were folded up in the bathroom vanity did not seem fresh. I was concerned if many of the towels had been used. There was a threat to charge per load of towels not washed before departure, so I feel this may make people use towels and put them back so they don't get charged for laundry. Once we cleaned the condo our selves the stay was ok. There was a lot of extra junk and poor quality and damaged utensils in the kitchen, Arby packets of ketchup, very old?, general sloppy housekeeping. If kept clean and more organized would be a good place to stay. I spoke with the owner and she thanked me for letting me know.She said if I would have let her know right away that she would have someone come clean, but we did not want to wait for that, so we cleaned the condo on our own.

Breath taking view, lovely condo!

We spent a relaxing 3 weeks here and enjoyed every moment. Marcia was welcoming and very helpful in getting us settled in her comfortable condo. Excellent showers as well as a nice washer/dryer. The view was amazing; overlooking a broad beach and, of course, the Gulf of Mexico. The pool was pretty. Enjoyed the walks we took along the shore and right across a short bridge, in Lover’s Key State Park; saw various shore birds and even a manatee! We took a day trip to the Everglades for a boat tour which was very interesting. Publix supermarket was close enough, as well as several good restaurants. All in all, we had a great time; thank you Marcia!

The condo was nice, the overall area was well kept. There is a nice view from the patio. The owners were great to work with, very responsive. The only concern item I would note would be to add additional foam pad to the sleeper sofa in the living room, we would return for a future trip. Thanks

Why they chose this property

The south end of Fort Myers Beach is closest to the Lovers' Key National Park. Lovers' Key provides many choices of activities--walk the nature trails, ride the tram, go fishing, kayaking, bicycling and swimming. Ride the tram to the beach and the fishing area. Lovers' Key is just a short walk from our beach. Our beach at Carlos Pointe Beach Club is wide with white sand and a variety of shells including starfish and sand dollars. There are daily sightings of dolphins, seagulls, pelicans, and manatees-depending on the season. The sunsets are spectacular and the views from our condo are peaceful! Fort Myers Beach is a vacation spot for families.

Our condo at Carlos Pointe Beach Club is clean, has all the conveniences of home, and is extremely comfortable, and newly decorated. Relax by the pool or on the beach! The trolley stops across the street to head north to Times Square or Bowditch Park.
