Beautiful property. Very clean home, exactly how the pictures look. Host was extremely responsive to any questions and helpful during check-in/check-out process. Six of us stayed here comfortably to celebrate our 30th college reunion at Marist College—was so great to come back to the house and catch up and reminisce in such a beautiful home surrounded by nature and beautiful sunsets! We are already planning our next trip together and hope to stay here again!

The house was lovely—from the beautiful gate at the end of a long driveway to the comfy screened in deck with lots of seating. It is very secluded and quiet except for just a bit of daily time of faraway highway noise. While the sofa in the TV room was a bit stained and tired, the house including the kitchen and grounds was the absolute perfect place to be!

We had a wonderful weekend at this picturesque Hudson Valley property. It was well equipped with kitchenware, games, and outdoor equipment. It’s a very peaceful property that’s perfect for a getaway.

My 3 sisters and I enjoyed our stay in the area. The kitchen was well stocked. There were beautiful views all around. Stairs to the 2nd level are steep in case mobility is an issue. Kristen gave us lots of suggestions for touring and restaurants and was easily reached for any questions. Wished we had more time for exploring.

Between the private gate and scenic ride up to the house, standing in the kitchen while the sun goes down, and the rolling hills in the backyard, this incredible home never ceased to amaze during our stay. Such a beautiful and spacious home, perfect for our family gathering. There was enough room in the large main area to all be together, but also with a TV room and the screened in porch so some people could break off into smaller groups throughout the evening. The fireplace and outdoor fire pit were very nice and the host so generously provided firewood. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Place to Stay in the Heart of the Hudson Valley

We had a peaceful stay over Labor Day weekend. Our family of 7 stayed comfortably. It is a short drive to Pleasant Valley and convenient to both Poughkeepsie and Millbrook. We would be glad to stay there again.

Beautiful spot!

Lovely house with a bunch of bedroom options for a larger group of guests, down a long private driveway that takes you into a beautiful private setting with great views. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed!

Wonderful property

We stayed here for a family reunion, and the property was great. Secluded and beautiful backyard, and lots of space inside with a ton of sunlight. Kristen was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Thank you for everything!

Hudson Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this naturally beautiful property, where we had a great time with friends and access to many of the region's attractions. We dined at CIA, visited mansions and walked the mid Hudson Bridge.

Wonderful spot to celebrate 50 years of friendship!

Our group of 6 friends from college (we met in 1971) had a wonderful trip to the Hudson Valley, highlighted by our stay at "Hidden Charm". Well-appointed and equipped, we especially loved the peacefulness, the views, the comfort and homey touches (plants, flowers). Kristen was very responsive from the beginning - I loved connecting with her! I would highly recommend this VRBO!
