This newly updated, traditional townhouse unit in Howland Village has been a favorite for guests and recently had the bathrooms renovated. The kitchen's new granite counter tops and the Pottery Barn accents throughout give this rental a refreshing look. The open concept living room and dining room were recently updated with new furniture, bamboo flooring, and a 60-inch flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a half bath conveniently located on the first floor. Sliders off the living room lead to a tranquil patio, furnished with a table & chairs and a gas grill for outdoor dining. A straight staircase leads to the second floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a full bath with separate vanity area, and a washer/dryer set. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, AC, and a Juliet balcony that overlooks the private wooded backyard. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated with white wicker furniture that includes a bookcase filled with board games and DVDs for family fun. This prime location rental is a three-minute walk to the Fletcher indoor & outdoor pools, cardio room, and basketball & tennis courts.
C-Style, Updated, King sized bed, straight staircase,2 A/Cs, Wi-Fi and pool passes, additional fees apply for the pool passes.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season & offer valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). Just by booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities like:

*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.

Great rental

This condo is perfect for a family who wants a little extra space. It was clean and easy to find. Loved the setup and the indoor pool for the cooler months.

Attention to Damp and Small Repairs Needed

This property suffers from damp problems. The living room floor is extremely warped and is a trip hazard, the primary bedroom closet doors are covered on the inside with mold, and the washing machine detergent tray is filled with black mold. Small repairs are needed like fixing/batteries for living room wall clock, outside light, rocking chair leg broken. There was a dirty dish in the cabinet and dead bugs and webs throughout - a dusting and vacuum would have helped. There was no broom, so we could not sweep. Cabinets where games and movies could be were empty. Guest bedroom closet was a mess. New king mattress, very very very firm. I like firm but bruised my hips - bring a mattress topper. There is nowhere to store your dry goods so you just have to pile them on the counter, watch out for the ants and ant poison on the counter. Adding a hutch, shelves, or cabinets where the microwave is would provide some much needed storage. A small amount of attention would make this place much better.

Excellent

The unit was clean and well cared for. It was in a perfect location for all of our adventures. The resort was beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Our only complaints were that the cell service was bad in the resort and that we checked in REALLY LATE (early morning) and it was very dark. I wish the listing agent had communicated where to park and how to get to the unit in the dark.
