This is the only 2-bedroom condo in Marina Sol that is ground floor Pool Side. The Condo sleeps 6, having 2 bedrooms (King bed in the master and a Queen in the second bedroom there is also a Queen Sofa pull out bed in the Living Area) and 2 full well-appointed bathrooms with hair dryers. Quiet mini split air conditioning in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy you cooking needs, eat at the dining table, or BBQ on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at our poolside restaurant 'Tres Amigas Cantina' the prices are very reasonable. Dedicated Fiber Optic Internet (WiFi) 300 Mbps will keep you in touch with the rest of the world, as well as free local and International phone calls. For your viewing entertainment Satellite Internet programming on the 55” Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room, each bedroom also have large Smart Flat Screen TV,s. This condo has everything including a Dishwasher and a Washer and Dryer!

In the Lobby of the main building you will find a beautiful ‘Nail Bar & Spa’, ‘Serrano’s Bar’ and ‘General Store’. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.

If you prefer the beach a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find yourself in the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world.

Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.

If you are driving, there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

I (Rick) have been in Cabo San Lucas for over 20 years, my wife Alma is a native of Baja and we are year-round residents of Cabo San Lucas. Our Property Rental/Management and Real Estate businesses have been active for 12 years. We have the largest selection of condos at Marina Sol.

We choose Marina Sol for our business, because of the location and the wonderful people that stay at Marina Sol, also being only minutes from the golden sands of Medano beach and just minutes to the center of Cabo, the Marina and some of the best dining in Mexico. Marina Sol is a very quiet and beautiful complex, it features one of the largest heated pools in Cabo and it is surrounded by an oasis of Palm trees, exotic plants and grass, it’s the ideal place to relax while you are on vacation.
