Welcome to Destin Beach Club 213, a Gulf-front condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with no streets to cross to reach the beach. This low-density, 3-story resort has only 47 units, 300 feet of private beach, and a quieter beach atmosphere than larger high-rise resorts.
This 1-bedroom plus bunk condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers unobstructed Gulf views, a large beachfront balcony, free Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and everything needed for a relaxing Destin getaway.

The Space

The living and dining area offers beautiful views from every angle, with plenty of seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large smart TV for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6, with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and extra bar seating.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and crisp linens. The bunk area includes twin bunks, and the condo has 1.5 bathrooms for added convenience.
Step onto the large beachfront balcony to enjoy Gulf views, sunrises, sunsets, and the peaceful beachfront setting.

• Destin Harbor Boardwalk, just over two miles west
• Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club
• Walmart, Target, and Winn-Dixie within a few minutes' drive
• Swimming, surfing, sunbathing, fishing, golf, and beach walks nearby
• Destin is known as the “World's Luckiest Fishing Village,” with direct Gulf access, a wide variety of fish species, and the nation's largest commercial fishing fleet.

Clean & Comfortable Stay
This property includes clean, sanitized sheets and towels professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. Our housekeeping team uses effective disinfecting techniques to help ensure the condo is clean, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.

• Late May through early August: 4-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• Early March through late April: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday

This property is absolutely perfect for what we wanted! The condo was amazing and we plan to book again! We didn’t want to be in a high rise stuck waiting for elevators, this building is 3 stories with less than 50 units. You are right on the gulf, with a pool and indoor hot tub. The gulf was beautiful, a bit choppy so we spent most of our time in the pool which was the perfect size and temperature. The condo is recently updated and beautiful! Comfortable furniture, beds, clean bathrooms, washer and dryer, fully appointed kitchen with everything we needed for meals. The sliding doors to the balcony are sound proof, so we didn’t hear anything while in the unit. Balcony was a great size for us, one item to update was the table and chairs. There is one set is really nice chairs and then 2 chairs with a small table; the small table/chairs have a decent amount of rust and are not usable. But this is nothing that would stop us from booking again! I fully recommend and will be back!

Great place!

Really enjoyed staying at the condo. Very clean and well stocked. The view of the ocean was amazing! Comfortable condo and close to restaurants and stores.

Exceptional place

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was decorated so cute and all of the necessities we needed were provided. The location was excellent and convenient. The owners were easy to contact. We loved our time there.

Perfect Location

The condo was awesome. It was super easy to get to and walking distance to a lot of fun activities. It was freshly cleaned when we arrived. There was a couple damages that I reported but nothing major. The view is amazing and the beach was never overcrowded. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

Perfect place

Our favorite place to stay. We like the smaller feel of the condo ( not a high riser only three floors). Perfect location, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Perfect view of the gulf ❤️

Nice Condo

Condo is in a low rise building, which we like. It is directly on the beach. Since its a smaller building, the private beach area isn't crowded. Check in and check out was simple.

Beautiful

Unit was wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked extremely well. View was amazing. Beach was so close. Dining was expensive everywhere but boschamps was hands fown our favorite. We walked to the back porch for afternoon oysters and drinksand they were not on ice and kinda ggross.

Problem with the lock

I asked the property mgr to look at the lock. He said it needed more attention. A button on the bar stool popped off and I set it on the kitchen cabinets. I love the place and would like to set up future rentals. This is the best place I have stayed in Destin.

Great space! Perfect location! Condo was well equipped with everything that was needed. There were plenty of bath towels and spare pillows. Great view from balcony. We were able to watch dolphins swim while having breakfast. It is close to the pool which wasn't a problem this time of year but might be a nuisance during the busier season. We did appreciate the size of the building and the fact that there was plenty of beach space. Most other complexes had 15+ chair and umbrella setups while we had an average of 10. We were easily able to utilize the chairs and umbrella in condo. My reason for not giving 5 stars was, although overall the condo was clean, the floors could use a washing. Our feet and socks were dirty within minutes of walking barefoot around the space. You could tell they vacuum but don't wash floors. Maybe they run a swiffer over it but it's not actually scrubbed. All in all, great space, great location, would return.
