Cottage with private pool – exclusive use

Casa Mimi is a charming Tuscan cottage with a private swimming pool for exclusive use, set among olive groves and a small woodland in the hills between Lucca and the sea.
The house, garden and pool are entirely for your private use – you will not share any spaces with other guests.

The property is ideal for outdoor living and enjoys sunlight from sunrise to sunset.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool (open from April to the end of October, depth 1.20 m) with sun loungers and a fully fenced pool area, offering extra safety for children.
You will also find a covered loggia for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a well-kept garden.

🐶 Pets welcome

Small and medium-sized pets are welcome.
The owners live in the house opposite, work during the day and ensure maximum privacy and discretion. They have a friendly and calm Golden Retriever.

Great little villa and wonderful hosts. Lots of helpful advise and suggestions too. Do visit the beach club if it’s on offer and definitely visit the brewery / restaurant up the hill. Close enough for the beach and pisa and lucca and Florence. Highly recommended

Really comfortable home

Family extremely friendly. House well equipped and very comfortable. Nice to have air con in the bedroom and kitchen. Enjoyed a relaxing week.

Very friendly welcome from the whole family. The bungalow had everything we needed, with enough room for our daughter to stay with us for a few days. Weather was gorgeous, which made the pool very welcome. Very peacefull spot, the local town. Had a supermarket, bar gelateria and pizzeria, Lucca was 5 miles away, and Pisa about 20.....both well worth a visit. Overall a relaxing, stress free break.

Wonderful tuscan holidays

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Mimi. The house is by far large enough for 2 and corresponds to the description, with the needed equipments. The village provides all facilities (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket...). As already mentioned in other comments, the owners were really kind and discret. Mimi gave us a warm welcome and we would like to thank her again for her delicious Tuscan dishes, as we specially liked this attention. The location is ideal for a relaxing vacation: hidden in the hills in a truly calm environment we could really enjoy spending the evening outdoors, while tasting the wine produced in the property and looking at the sun disappearing behind the trees. The house is close to the main towns to visit like Lucca (15min), Florence, Pisa etc, and provides an easy access to the sea. A lot of other interresting places can also be reached in a "relatively short" time (Cinque Terre, Volterra, Monte Argentario). We would be glad to book again!

Es hat uns gut gefallen - Das Haus war sinnvoll eingerichtet- leider ein sehr kleines TV-Gerät mit Störungen beim Empfang.Pool war super - und gepflegt.Das Haus in der Nähe von Lucca war nicht so toll erreichbar und der Gastparkplatz war etwas "speziell" - man durfte nur bei der Ankunft und bei der Abfahrt vor dem Haus parken.

Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans la casa Mimi afin de visiter la Toscane et ce reposer. Je dirais que l'annonce correspond exactement à la réalité. L'accueil était parfait, les gens très sympathique. Nous avons profité de cette maison avec un soleil magnifique, c'est un endroit central pour visiter la Toscane. Es war so traumhaft schön das ich sagen kann das es nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt bei casa Mimi war Ich habe mich in das Haus verliebt ein unglaublich schöner Ort man muss es sehen und spüren ❤️ Sehr viel Ruhe das man wirklich absolut zur Ruhe kommt und sich erholt Und Nachts leuchten die Glühwürmchen so toll Und die Familie ist toll sehr Gastfreundlich das sie ein überraschen mit kleine presente morgens mit croissant und am Abend mal mit einer Flasche Wein ❤️ Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Urlaub

Schöner, ruhiger Urlaub

Das Objekt ist etwas abseits vom großen Trubel gelegen und familiär gefüht. Von den im Nachbarhaus lebenden, sehr netten Eltern der Vermieter bekommt man wenig mit. Das Objekt ist sauber, wirkt innen auf den Bildern allerdings wesentlich größer, als es die Wirklichkeit dann zeigt. Einzige Kritikpunkte wären ein etwas zu kleines Bett für 2 Erwachsene und die auf Grund der Steckdosensituation fehlende Möglichkeit, die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine in der Küche betreiben zu können. Die Außenanlage ist wie auch das Haus gepflegt und vollständig eingezäunt, was für Hundebesitzer von Vorteil ist. Auch Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus sind vorhanden. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Haus und Anlage wirklich sehr schön. Vermieter wohnt allerdings direkt gegenüber. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf beiden Seiten um 10 cm größer wie das Bett! Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten fällt vor allem die super Ausstattung sowohl in der Küche als auch für das ganze Haus auf. Es ist wirklich alles da (und mehr) was man so braucht.

Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen mit top Gastgebern.

Der Aufenthalt in der Casa Mimi hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Pool und dem Garten zu bekommen. Die Eltern von Mimicha, welche im Wohnhaus direkt gegenüber wohnen waren sehr freundlich und haben nach uns geschaut. Das einzige Manko war die Matratze des Doppelbetts, für unseren persönlichen Geschmack war diese zu weich. Ansonsten rundum toll.

Erholungsurlaub vom allerfeinsten

Wir waren 7 Tage in Casa Mimi und sind uns sicher das wir ein weiteres mal wieder kommen werden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch das ganze Gelände ist sauber und Videoüberwacht. Empfehlungen und Tipps: 1. Es gibt einen versteckten Strand, an dem man keine Liegen buchen muss sondern einfach mit dem Strandtuch im Sand liegen kann. Hier die Koordinaten für Google Maps: (43.8468267, 10.2475854) 2. Restaurant in Lucca : Trattoria Pizzeria Da Gherardo Lucca (Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, 9, 55100 Lucca LU, Italien) 3. Die beste Pizza in Lucca: Pizzeria Via Vai di Eleonora Zini (Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 27, 55100 Lucca LU, Italien) Mit der äußerst netten Vermieterin Mimicha kann man sich wunderbar auf englisch unterhalten und mit den Eltern die direkt im Nebengebäude wohnen auf Italienisch (kann man kein Italienisch einfach per Übersetzer App)

Sehr schönes Häuschen an ruhiger Lage

Kleines Bijou in dem es alles hat, was man zum Ferien machen benötigt. Der umzäunte Garten mit dem schönen Pool war perfekt. Die Ausgangslage für allerlei Erkundungstouren war optimal.

Toskana Traum

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die ganze Abwicklung war professionell und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist perfekt, 20 Minuten zum Strand, 3o minuten nach Pisa und 15 Minuten von der tollen Innenstadt Lucca entfernt. Das Haus ist so wie man sich ein Haus in der Toskana vorstellt, es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Pool war ein Traum! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke für die nette Gastfreundschaft!

This Holiday House belongs to my parents from 1990 .My father restored it few years ago, when I had a degree in literature and Languages in Pisa. It was my dream have contacts with foreign people and practice languages everyday.

I ‘m so interested to other cultures and I like dealing with people from all over the world. I live quite next the house, this area means a lot for me, here are my origins. I was born here and grew here, I travelled a lot but this is my place, I know its products and the uses of my earth and with my job I’d like to express what really this earth is : its hills, perfumes, green, special food and traditions.

What makes this property unique

This property is the place to know “my” region. Here is a strategic point to have a global view of Tuscany : Arts( Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena and all other cities) Beach(Versilia beachside with all his comforts) Mountains ( Abetone )Foods and wine tasting (Garfagnana, Chianti) or just relax and activities( the property has private swimming pool and tennis and golf course) . These are just some example of what our place offers. That means : one hour to reach whatever you are looking for in Tuscany. Enjoy your stay!
