Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If grill was used, please clean to avoid extra cleaning fee of $15
Please make sure pool vaccum is inside of pool after use, there will be a $100 fee if left out and water is wasted
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon departure, please put dirty towels in utility room hamper. Please wash and dry all dishes. Empty trash in bathrooms and put bags in outdoor bin.
If grill was used, please dispose of charcoal and leave ready for the next guest. If charcoal is left in the grill there will be a $15 service fee.
Please respect our neighbors. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

We was in town for a rodeo girls trip. Our median score is 8/10. Maria appears to be a woman of faith, lovely, & good manager. Her & Naomi quickly attended to my concerns. Like any home away from home it's has its imperfections, a community couch (frat vibes) & 2 satisfactory worn mattress. The house decor and cutlery are superb so if you have clumsy adults or curious children get additional coverage. Please don't forget your groceries, we cooked breakfast daily and used the Lawreys from the pantry. I don't see how 8 can sleep: maybe 1 person on the couch, 2 average size people in 2nd room and 3 average size persons in the master bedroom. 1 thing I didn't like is the additional 25 fee for dirty dishes but no dishwasher detergent available. We bought a few cleaning items to meet up. Stripping of the sheets should not be left up to the guest. The Google Check out was unclear. However, I communicated my updates and I was more concern of the 4hr TSA fiasco at the airport to return home.I will definitely rent again to enjoy the pool the sheets and towels were plenty and clean. Thank you!!
