Fully equipped including EV Charger, pool, hot tub, pool table, theatre room w/ Xbox & more. This stylish home offers 10 beds total; 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bunkbed & 3 Full Bunkbeds. Perfect for professionals, families, or working travelers.
No parties allowed. Zero tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (8pm - 8am)

Welcome to your 3600+ sq ft haven of comfort and convenience, meticulously designed to cater to the needs of discerning professionals, corporate travelers, and families seeking an exceptional short-term rental experience.
As you approach this exceptional property, an expansive driveway awaits on the left side, offering ample parking space for up to 10 vehicles. The inviting walkway leads you to the front entrance, where the journey into refined living begins. Stepping inside, you'll find yourself in an elegant entryway, setting the tone for the exquisite spaces that lie ahead.
To your left, the sophisticated dining room beckons, while a straight path guides you to the inviting living room. Here, plush comfort is embodied by a leather couch, complemented by two tasteful accent chairs, all oriented around a 58" Smart TV. Immerse yourself in your preferred entertainment from streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more. A convenient half bath is located on the opposite side of the staircase.
Adjacent to the living room, the breakfast room welcomes you with seating for six at a round table. The adjoining high-end luxury kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting quartz countertops, a generously sized undermount sink with a pull-down sprayer faucet, an array of cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and spices, ensuring that preparing meals becomes a delightful experience. A seamless connection to the laundry room and dining area is facilitated through the butler's pantry, featuring a stocked coffee bar complete with a Keurig machine, K-Cup coffee pods, creamer, and sugar.

Ascending to the upper level, you'll discover three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The back room boasts a luxurious King size bed adorned with plush pillows. The third and fourth bedrooms, located on the left side of the house, showcase two sets of built-in bunk beds in each room, providing comfortable accommodations for larger groups. These rooms are completed with ample closet space and one room features a convenient desk, perfect for work or study.
Turning left on the upper level, a world of entertainment unfolds. The billiards room entices with an 8-foot pool table, accompanied by seating for four at the bar and a cozy two-seater bench. All the essentials for indulging in your favorite pool games are thoughtfully provided, including cues, chalk, and balls.
Adjacent to the billiards room, the theater room sets the stage for cinematic experiences, boasting seating for six in plush theater-style chairs and a cutting-edge 65" smart TV, coupled with an Xbox Series S for interactive entertainment.
In the backyard, the outdoor oasis awaits, featuring a refreshing pool, inviting hot tub, and a charming patio area adorned with a sectional sofa, poolside lounge chairs, and a dining table for eight. The propane grill beckons culinary adventures, while a patio heater ensures comfort during cooler evenings.
The three-car garage boasts a Level 2 Tesla EV charger at your disposal, accommodating your electric vehicle needs. If you're driving a different electric vehicle, simply bring a J1772 adapter for seamless charging.

Guests can access the entire home except for two owners closets. One closet is in the master bathroom downstairs and the other closet is in the upstairs master bedroom. Both of those closets are locked. Besides that, the rest of the house is yours to use including the pool, hot tub, and garage!

Lakes of Fairfield is a neighborhood situated on the northwest side of Houston in Cypress TX. The area offers a small town feel away from the busy inner city, but close to major conveniences of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Fairfield has many amenities including paved trails, lakes, parks, and the Fairfield Athletic Club.

The neighborhood has easy access to Hwy 290 and TX-99 Grand Parkway located only a few minutes from the house. Bring your car, catch an uber, or rent a car on Turo to get to your destination.

Access to shopping and grocery stores in Cypress are only a 5 minute drive away. Cypress offers the convenience of many activities and places to visit, including: the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, restaurants, golf courses, breweries and parks. Check out the horse racing at the Sam Houston Race Park or take your companion or kids to one of many local parks and preserves.

Want to visit Houston? The house is approximately 30 miles away from the Downtown Houston area which offers major attractions like the Houston Zoo, Houston Theater District, Children's Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show and much more. Sports lovers will be glad to know we have every major team covered including the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park, the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium, the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center, and the Houston Dynamo at PNC Stadium.

Annoying noise notifications non stop!!!
We couldn't even enjoy the pool and dinner in the backyard without constant notifications about "high" level noise alerts. They had a device that would turn red if it even heard someone laughing. I got tons of text, emails, and even live phone calls. On the day of check out I started getting calls at 8am asking how checkout was...I responded by saying I dont yet, checkout is at 10am. Annoying calls and text the entire stay.

We designed this house to accommodate many different visitors, whether you're a family looking for a place to take a trip, looking for a place to work but also unwind, or a traveler coming for a special occasion like a wedding or a birthday in town. There is plenty to do at the Boutique Bunkhouse. We have ample seating inside and outside, a pool and hot tub to relax in, a pool table and theatre room, and a grill ready for you to cook. There are also a ton of games (indoor and outdoor) to keep you entertained, a stocked kitchen full of platter and utensils, and comfy beds when it's time to wind down.
