✅ The refundable security deposit is fully returned after checkout provided there are:
• no damages
• no missing items
• no excessive cleaning
• no unauthorized guests

✅ For guests who are not comfortable submitting ID or paying the refundable deposit/damage waiver outside Platform, payment may be arranged through the Platform Resolution Center when applicable. However, the remaining verification process, including ID verification and rental agreement completion, must still be completed through the Truvi portal.

➔ Jacuzzi & Pool Heating:
Jacuzzi: Takes 30 mins to 1 hour to heat, depending on weather.

Pool: Takes 4–6 hours to warm and up to 24 hours for full heat.

Fees: $125/day (lows above 60°F) | $150/day (lows between 50–60°F).

➔ Yard Service: The yard is maintained every Wednesday (may occur during your stay).

➔ Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors.

➔ Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM (outdoor amenities may be used quietly until 11 PM).

➔ Check-Outs: Late check-outs may be requested within 24 hours of departure (approval not guaranteed, and never later than 12 PM). Unapproved late check-outs incur a $150 fee.

➔ Outdoor Grill: Available and guests are asked to clean after use; our staff will handle deep cleaning. Propane is provided — if refills are needed, tanks may be exchanged at a nearby store.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only allowed outside. A cleaning fee of up to $1350 will be charged for any detected smoking (cigarettes, vape, marijuana).
8. The use of narcotics is strictly prohibited.
9. The host is not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay.
10. Please be mindful of energy usage by turning off lights and closing windows, doors, and blinds when not in use.
11. Parties or events are not allowed on the premises. A charge of $175 per day will be imposed for violations.
12. Open flames, including candles or fireworks, are not permitted.
13. Maintenance requests may take up to 24 hours to address.
14. Groups of 6 or more guests must inquire before making an instant booking.
15. Local guests must request approval before booking.
16. Unauthorized overstays beyond the check-out time will incur fees.
17. Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, trash, or damages caused during your stay.
