This superb vacation rental is ideal for large groups or families looking for a fabulous getaway. The main house features 5 bedrooms, including 4 queen beds, 3 bunk beds and additional double bed, and the guest house has a queen bed, pullout double bed and a loft with two additional twin beds. The property boasts modern amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine. Situated on over two acres, the meticulously maintained property also includes a huge heated pool, two large patio spaces for lounging and dining, an outdoor fireplace, and also an outdoor kitchen space. Inside the main house, there is a game room, TV room and an arcade featuring several classic games. The home is situated in the middle of Hawksnest State Forest which provides quick access to miles of walking trails and a crystal clear pond perfect for swimming, fishing or paddleboarding. Great space for our parents 60th anniversary getaway! House was spectacular and had plenty of room! We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities that came with the house.

Wonderful Time

Our extended family had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Though the weather didn’t cooperate with your weekend, the yard was amazing with the heated pool the star.

Family Time!

We had an amazing stay at this rental home! The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds that made it feel like a private retreat. There was plenty of space for our large family to spread out and relax, both indoors and out.The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. From cozy common areas to spacious bedrooms, it was ideal for spending quality time together without feeling crowded.One of the best parts was the location—there were so many activities nearby to keep everyone entertained, from hiking and shopping to family-friendly attractions and great restaurants. We never ran out of things to do.Highly recommend this home for any large group or family looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

What an amazing property! The layout and finishes of the home were PERFECT for our family and in-laws. One word describes this property “craftsmanship”, perfectly designed to entertain children and allow the adults to relax and enjoy. The pool was the game changer for us, our kids swam all day and never wanted to get out, we will definitely be back next year!

Perfect house & location for a big family or group

This gorgeous house and property was perfect for our extended family and kids. With 6 bedrooms, bunk beds, loft with 2 mattresses and 2 pullout couches there were plenty options for sleeping. Five bathrooms and a laundry room were super helpful. Everyone loved the heated pool, patio with fireplace and outdoor kitchen. The location and grounds were so peaceful and gorgeous. There is a trail (short walk) to a pond that the kids also enjoyed. The arcade room, pool and game room were a huge hit with the kids. Even though this house is located in Hawksnest state Forest, it’s still close enough to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and beaches. This house is perfect for those who don’t want to leave the house and for those who do. We did leave the house to shop in Harwichport, which is right down the road and Brewster, cycle the cape cod rail trail to Chatham and do a day trip to the Vineyard. We could have easily stayed at the house the entire week as it has everything and is the most impressive house we’ve ever stayed in. The host was pleasant, helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. This house will not disappoint. We were all in awe of this house, the pool and location. Being in Harwich was a bonus as it is a beautiful part of the cape.
