Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this breathtaking 3-level home offers an unforgettable escape for large groups or extended families. Soak in panoramic vistas through soaring windows as you unwind in the open-concept living area, complete with a cozy fireplace and plush U-shaped couch. Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen, then gather around the dining table for memorable meals. When the sun's out, step onto the balcony and bask in the views while enjoying al fresco dining or warming up by the gas heater.

The lower-level game room promises endless fun with a ping pong table, pool table, and a TV lounge area. The upper-level bonus room is versatile, serving as an office, private gym, cozy hangout, or extra sleeping space with a queen pull-out bed. The master suite is a private haven on the upper floor, featuring a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a steam shower for a spa-like experience. The lower floor includes three additional bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, plus another full bathroom and a laundry room for your convenience.

Our home is close to the 4th green on the golf course (up the hill), making it ideal for walking, hiking, or snowshoeing. However, keep an eye out for golfers during the daylight. The midway house on the golf course is approximately a mile walk from the home along the cart road to the right and provides a pleasant area for a snack or beverage with views all around.

Hiking the Meadows Trail, which is across the street from our home, winds through a mountain village, down to the valley floor, and then along the river trail into town. Then, hop on the Gondola, and you are back home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including a hot tub. They will also have access to 7 parking spaces, 2 in the garage and up to 5 in the driveway and street. The garage includes outdoor equipment and gear for guest use.

From the home, you are within walking distance of various shops and eateries, as well as the Gondola-Chondola, which connects Mountain Village and Telluride. Alternatively, make the short drive to Telluride Ski Resort and Mountain Village Gondola for quick access to mountain adventures. Dive into the town's vibrant cultural scene with a short drive to Telluride's Historic District, where charming Victorian architecture, boutique shops, cozy cafés, and eclectic eateries await. For a memorable day trip, unwind at the renowned Ouray Hot Springs pool, about an hour's drive from the home, for a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience.

Getting Around:
This home offers excellent access to all that Telluride has to offer. Enjoy being within walking distance of Station Meadows Chondola, which connects Mountain Village to Telluride while providing beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains. You are just a 5-minute drive from Telluride Ski Resort and a 7-minute drive to the Mountain Village Gondola. In the summer months, explore the area's many hiking and biking trails. A bike and hiking trail is right behind the home, and the Snow Shoe Hiking and Keystone Gorge Loop trailheads are just a few minutes away, with numerous other hiking trails close by.

The Chondola is great for walking or skiing home. Load at the top of chair 1 and drop off at Big Billies, the walk back is about 10 minutes.
