The fantastic triple bunk bed sleeps up to 5 people. This unique bunk bed has a full XL mattress on the top, a twin XL mattress in the middle, and a queen mattress on the bottom.
Your kids are going to love this fantastic space!
The room features a play area with mats, a streaming TV, and a DVD player. The selection of kids DVDs and board games can provide hours of enjoyment.
All our bedrooms have tiled floors and multiple outlets so you can charge your phones and toys.

Bathrooms: 2, 1 en suite
Our master en suite has beautiful granite counters with double sinks, a fully stocked linen closet, enclosed shower, and a private toilet area. Matching robes add to the luxurious experience!
The bathroom serving the second and third bedrooms features a bathtub with shower, toilet, and granite counter tops. The neighbouring linen closet is well stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and pool towels.

Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. We also provide soaps, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

Kitchen

The beautiful tile theme runs throughout the kitchen. After renovation, we are proud to offer new stainless-steel appliances, air fryer, and kitchen equipment.
We provide all the pots, pans, and silverware; absolutely everything you need for your stay!
This is a very special kitchen where you will be able to create all your favourite dishes.

Our welcome pack contains 4 detergent pods, 4 dishwasher pods, and 4 large trash bags, enough essentials to get you started at our home.

Living Area
The Mediterranean-themed living room features tasteful new furnishings and Italian-inspired floor tiles that run throughout the home!
A large streaming TV allows you to watch all your favourite shows while you’re in your home away from home.

The large patio door gives you direct access to our stunning pool area.
In this open floor plan, you will find a spacious dining area complete with all silverware and enough tableware for your group.

After a day at the parks, head outside onto your own private deck to enjoy the beautiful west facing pool! The deck area is surrounded on two sides by a mature hedge and on the third side, a wall to give you total privacy.

The shaded, covered lanai will give you some relief from the hot Florida sunshine. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and delicious meals on our lovely new patio furniture!

Parking: There is room for two standard vehicles on the driveway only (no large trucks, large SUVs, mini bus, or commercial vehicles). There is no street parking allowed at any of our homes.
* Pool heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night
* A grill can be rented for your stay at a cost of $20 per night
* Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport (Four Corners area), just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a Publix supermarket and numerous restaurants including Mia Pizza (carry-out/collection only, no delivery), Sundays Grill (British fish & chips restaurant), IHOP (International
House of Pancakes), Applebee’s (burgers, steaks, seafood), and Bamboo Wok (carry-out/takeaway). There is something for everyone to enjoy!

There is also a 24-hour Wal-Mart with pharmacy less than 10 minutes away in Cagan’s Crossing.
If you love BBQ, seek out Uncle Kenny’s BBQ. This award-winning, legendary food truck, based in Clermont, often trades near the community. The food is to die for and is as unique as our home!
If you love curry or something a bit spicier, try the Guru Restaurant in Clermont, this is the most authentic curry experience here in Central Florida!
