Perfect Paris Apartment

My husband and I stayed at this property for 12 days over the Christmas holiday. I highly recommend booking this property, excellent value, the flat has everything you might need. The owner Francois was so helpful and provided many details and extra touches to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The property is close to the LaFourche metro stop, and is also near several grocery stores. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again, the next time we’re in Paris!

Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Insgesamt eine ganz tolle Ferienwohnung, es passt alles! Die Wohnung ist sauber, tiptop ausgestattet, hell und freundlich. Dazu in einem lebhaften und charmanten Viertel gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, weil im siebten Stock und in einer Seitenstraße. Ein ganz großes Plus ist natürlich noch die einzigartige Dachterrasse mit wundervoller Aussicht! Der Austausch mit den Vermietern hat problemlos geklappt, sehr nette Leute, die sehr hilfsbereit sind!! Kann dieses Apartement nur jedem weiter empfehlen! Es ist das goldene Los!!

Lovely and cozy home away from home

We had such a nice time staying at this apartment. It has a lovely large terrance from which to enjoy views of the city. It was very quiet and cozy. The kitchen had all the basic equipment to make breakfast.. We also really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood which had lots of conveniences like grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. The closest metro stop is about a 5 min walk. Overall we loved the apartment, we would definitely stay here again.

Absolument ravi.

Un appartement idéal, à mon goût, dans l'esprit des aticos espagnols. Au dernier étage, avec terrasse, que le ciel soit bleu ou gris, il est toujours baigné de lumière et c'est toujours un plaisir. L'accueil était parfait, aimable et chaleureux, le métro à deux pas, le centre de Paris facilement accessible et les commerces nombreux. Idéal pour voyage en solo, un couple, avec un ou deux enfants éventuellement .

wonderful place to stay, the balcony is a treat

we had a wonderful time staying here, the owners were great to communicate with, booking process was easy and we had everything we needed. got to enjoy the balcony a few times, it is lovely! The apartment was very cosy, we took a taxi from the airport at set rate as Claire had recommeded and Claire met us to get oriented. Having the washing machine was great, and there was a nearby Carrefour grocery, close to the La fourche metro, and great restaurants nearby. We were very comfortable here and would highly recommend!

Great place to stay

This flat was simply lovely for the week we spent in Paris. The patio was lovely for croissants in the morning and wine in the evening. Every thing we needed was thoughtfully provided. The unit was nicely decorated, clean, and uncluttered. Easy to get around from nearby tube station (la fourche). Owner very responsive.

Relax away from the hustle and bustle

This is a great place and wish we could have stayed again when we returned to Paris 2 weeks later. Though there was a lift to the 6th flood, we decided to walk up the 112 steps for exercise, which was followed by wine and cheese on our private quiet balcony where we watched the sun set a number of evenings. One thing to be aware of is the higher than normal step into the tub/shower. Outside of that the location worked great. We could walk to various places or get on the metro - station on the corner - or walk to the larger station Saint Lazard (15 - 20 minutes walk) for more options - Giverny, Rouen, RER to Versailles, and to all the other Paris attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had that home feel; therefore we eat in a couple of nights.

Perfect for our stay in Paris

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and it was perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, and has the most amazing balcony. We picked up a few groceries from the market on the corner and has breakfast and coffee on the balcony every morning. The bathroom was larger than other places we have stayed in Europe and the shower was always hot and pleasant. Most of all, we loved that it was not in the busy, touristy part of the city, yet it was so easy to walk to two metro stations to get anywhere we wanted to go. We would absolutely stay in Claire and Francois' apartment during our next visit to Paris.

Best rental ever—anywhere!

1. Gorgeous western rooftop Parisian view. 2. Huge deck. 3. Tastefully decorated and appointed room (gorgeous kitchen and bath). 4. Metro stop 3 blocks away and a great grocery across the street. 5. AIR CONDITIONING and a lift!!!! We had a wonderful six days in Paris staying in this lovely flat.

Very comfortable apartment with great light

I found the apartment very well equipped and I appreciate how the windows and terrace offer light coming in from both sides. I also appreciated how quiet the apartment was and the convenience of all kinds of places to food shop that are close by, including a market and several biologique stores.

Bright, well furnished, well equipped and great location for visiting Paris sights

We stayed for 4 nights in this lovely apartment and it was ideal for getting into and around the city. Claire kept in touch with us before we arrived, we were met at the property and made to feel really welcome, and given contact numbers for the length of our stay, in case we needed them. We didn’t but this was very reassuring. The apartment has everything you could need: it is well equipped and the balcony is a real bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches - like leaving a phone charger cable - were really appreciated. The location is convenient even though out of the city - we walked to places like Sacré Cour and Montmartre - but the metro is very close by for longer journeys, and you can get almost everywhere from here by bus as well. This is a great place - thank you for letting us stay!!

Excellent apartment and stay in Paris

We stayed here for an extended weekend in April. It was excellent. The apartment is wonderful and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Nice and cozy areas to explore, eat and drink within walking distance. All in all, an excellent stay.

5, rue Jacquemont, Paris 75017

My wife and I spent 7 nights in the apartment of 5 rue Jacquemont. What a wonderful experience! Not only was the apartment beautifully and very tastefully furnished and had all the equipment needed, but in addition, the beautiful terrace was such a treat!. Very nice contact with the owners, everything went smoothly. Definitely trying to come back next year if they have availabilities. Very nice neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. I would recommend warmly!

a wonderful domicile

A beautiful apartment above the roofs of Paris with a large terrace: we´ve stayed for 10 days there and it´s good for relaxing after eventful days. The apartment´s equipment is okay, clean. The rooms are beautiful bright. The house is equipped with a lift and central located in Paris. Metro and busses are nearby and it´s easy to reach everything. Batignolles itself is not touristic and you can find everything you want in the immediate surroundings: shops, quite nice restaurants, a covered market etc. The landlords were nice, courteous and uncomplicated, accompanied by a good communication. A wonderful home away from home from which to explore Paris

This is a delightful, fully equipped, comfortable, well maintained and charming apartment in the 17th arrondissement. Everything is as described and I can't think of anything that was lacking. The balcony is incredible and the one evening and morning that we were able to use it we fell in love with the view and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our week despite the fact that it rained almost every day leading to the worst flooding in many years. Being active walkers we found that we could get almost anywhere we wanted on foot - Montmartre is very close - and walked many miles on a daily basis. Metro and bus stations/stops are close by for those who want, along with anything else you might need in very close proximity. As has been mentioned speaking a bit of French is helpful and we found that an effort on our part to communicate using French was warmly received and helped immensely. Our entire experience from considering a rental to the welcome we received was excellent. You cannot go wrong by chosing this for your place to stay whilst visiting Paris! Enjoy!!

Perfect Paris Apartment

This is a wonderful small apartment with a large terrace in the Batignolles neighborhood. Close to many shops, restaurants, bakeries. We enjoyed the area quite a bit and ate in most nights because you can find good food at a reasonable price to cook at home near the apartment. The apartment has absolutely everything you will need. We did not meet Claire and Francois because our plane was delayed but Annie met us and went over everything..it does help if you speak some French in this part of Paris. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond via email or phone. Close to metro and bus stops to get you anywhere in the city easily. Definitely recommend and we would stay here again on a repeat trip.

Perfect stay in Paris

This apartment is a gem, the most perfect stay for couples while in Paris. The lovely terracce makes it difficult to get out into the city as you may enjoy the sights of the city with a glass of good red wine or champagne! The apartment does not lack anything, and it is extremely cosy and well equipped. The location is great and it is nearby metro stations or buses that will easily take you everywhere you want to go to all the interesting sites in Paris. The neighborhood has good restaurants, cafees and shops where you can buy fresh bread, wine, cheese, fresh fruit, meat, fish and whatever your heart desire. If I ever get back to Paris - this is the place to stay :-) Kind regards Janne & Linda

Perfect stay in Paris

I have already spent a couple of holidays in Paris before, but this was the best stay ever. Les Batignolles is not a very well known corner of the city, but it is by far my favorite spot: so many options for great food at the doorstep, and excellent connections by metro and bus (a direct line to Paris Nord makes it very easy to reach). Great cafés and small, affordable and delicious restaurants everywhere. A very relaxed atmosphere. But the real gem is the flat itself. Its clean and light, and all you would ever need is present. The welcome by Annie, friend of the family, made us feel right at home. The outside place is great for evening apéro, the view being stunning. At the risk of it being booked permanently and me not finding a free spot again: I recommend this place as a great deal and a perfect home away from home.

Capodanno a Parigi

Io, mio marito e nostro figlio, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter trascorrere una settimana in questa splendida casa parigina. L'appartamento è curato con gusto ed eleganza, nei minimi particolari.La vista sui tetti di Parigi è uno spettacolo e tornare in questo ambiente confortevole e accogliente,dopo lunghe camminate ci ha permesso di riposare,il corpo e la mente. Oltre ad essere.fornita di ogni confort ,la casa si trova in un punto comodissimo,sia per fare la spesa che per raggiungere la metropolitana.La via è tranquilla e silenziosa ma non isolata.Anche se il capodanno parigino è una immensa festa ,noi siamo rimasti volentieri a casa e abbiamo brindato ai comignoli illuminati. Updated, Clean, Perfect Apartment

My daughter and I spent 10 perfect days in Paris in this great apartment. The owner, who is delightful, met us upon arrival and was extremely helpful. The location was perfect for our daily outings, very close to the Metro and a small market. We felt very safe in the neighborhood which was quiet. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace for our evening glass of wine. We'd love to come back!

Memories are made of this!

As we sat on the terrace, sipping champagne, eating the fresh produce we'd acquired from a nearby market and taking in the view of the rooftops of Paris, we knew this was an experience we'd never forget! Everything you need is located within the cosy apartment and the best of Paris is just outside the door and down the street! The metro is a handy 5 minute walk away and the Batignolles area is interesting to explore. I am sure that it was Sacre Couer I could see from the bedroom window - check it out when it's lit up.

"A home away from home"

We just spend one week holiday in Paris and was very fortunate to get this wonderful apartment. Here is everything you need - tastefull furnishing - fully equipped kitchen - good beds and best of all, the wonderful balcony. We used it every day and evening. Out here with the lights on you really feel, that you are in Paris. The location is also perfect near shops, Metro and attractions. Thanks to owner Claire. She takes very good care of you. We would very much like to come back and will highly recommed this apartment to others.
