Newly remodeled 4-bedroom 2-bath heated pool / spa home on canal with dock located 2 miles from Manasota Key Beach. Bring your boat to launch at the Manasota Key Boat Ramp 2 miles away. Located in a quiet community. Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach located within close proximity.

Escape to the outdoor oasis which includes a 12x30 heated pool, large spa, and multiple lounge areas which overlooks the canal.

Dock on the canal which has unrestricted 15 min access (sailboat access) to the gulf.

Spacious great room with large smart TV, two seating areas, a dining room that seats 8, and fully stocked kitchen with large center island and an additional beverage fridge. You can access the pool area through the great room or owner’s suite.

Owner’s Suite includes a king bed, smart TV, attached bathroom with double sink and walk-in tile shower, and access to the pool.

2nd bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, 3rd bedroom has queen bunk beds, and 4th bedroom has a smart TV, couch, queen size murphy bed, and designated workspace.

The outdoor storage area includes 6 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, pool toys, and yard games.

Located 10 miles to Venice which offers great shopping, world class restaurants, markets, etc. Located 4 miles from Englewood which offers shopping and beachside restaurants/bars.

Home was exactly as described. Host was very responsive, no problems whatsoever. Home has a great set up - two bedrooms on each side of house and large common areas in the center. Outdoor pool, hot tub and deck were all used extensively and in great condition.

The best vacation home we’ve found!

My family and I have been traveling for years and this is by far the best vacation home we have stayed in. The house is on a quiet street that makes about a 1 mile loop and is perfect to walking and scooters! Manasota key beach is about 2 miles which made for a nice short drive after dinner for sunsets! When we arrived the house was so clean and smelled fresh and new! We stayed for over a month and eat in quite a bit, so having a well equipped house is always great. There was every kitchen item we could have ever needed including a crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, awesome blender, cookware, bakeware, grilling and so much more! The home is open concept in the living areas which was perfect for us. There is honestly not enough good things I can say about this property. We spent so much time in the pool and spa and fishing off the dock! The kayaks were so great for exploring the canal. We highly recommend Ryan’s place and hope to visit again soon!
