Pura serenidad en un barrio tranquilo. Excelentes vistas, zona boscosa en la parte trasera de la casa. Disfrute del amanecer y el atardecer desde el porche delantero y la cubierta trasera de la casa. El lugar perfecto para las vacaciones en familia o para retiros especiales. Semanas curativas, novios los fines de semana, lazos masculinos con amigos o hijos, retiros de oración, retiros de madres e hijas, escapadas de parejas. Un montón de aparcamiento en la calle. Everything was very nice, including the host. Everything was clean and comfortable and well decorated. We did not have time to use the back yard but it was lovely and would be fun for a gathering. The driveway is a little steep and tricky to back out of, but a backup camera helps a great deal. The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. It was very convient for our wedding. It is a very nice place!

Temporary Housing

Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away.

Temporary Housing Need

Our company placed some clients in this home while they were displaced from their own home due to an insurance claim. They were not able to live in their own home during part of the repairs process and needed something as close to their home as possible, This property turned out to be exactly what they needed. The host was so amazing and quick to respond to all of our questions and the needs of this family. Our client has had nothing but excellent things to say about their time in this home. They were very distressed about having to be out of their home and this stay made that time away so much easier. We want to thank the host for being so wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home for your next get away.

Perfect for a weekend wedding!

Fit for perfect King n Queen

We were in town love family n friends ! Also to Celebrate our wedding anniversary. God has a way to celebrate you as well the home was our wedding colors n full of scripture to remind of our true purpose !! I applaud the owner of how she responded n honor us with a small TV issue !!!

Not as advertised

I had rented for a family gathering and spent the weekend being shown "issues" by everyone staying. The property manager was easy to contact and quickly responded to incorrect info left regarding the wifi name and password. Unfortunately, the property had issues and was not as advertised. The listing states 6 beds, sleeping 10 yet there were 5 beds sleeping 8 (although we had only 7 adults and one baby for which we brought our own playpen which was good cause the playpen advertised as available was not there). We were unable to locate the games or baby items and the air hockey game was unusable unless moved and leveled. The cleanliness were disturbing, particularly when it was assumed since we were charged a cleaning fee up front the property would be, at least, clean. Instead, we were faced with mildew lined shower door, floors covered with dirt, leftover goldfish crackers and water bottles under a bed, pans crusted with leftover eggs, a coffee maker that constantly overflowed even when "single" cup was selected, a broken Roku unit, the top of the kitchen "tile" flaking off into feet, a shower door that would not close, peeling paint on the door frame. These represent the worst of what we experienced. Shame.

Great House For a Large Group

My family came from out of state for my son’s wedding in Odenville and stayed at this lovely home. The house is so roomy that everyone has their own private space. The house is well stocked and the host is very laid back. It was perfect for our family’s needs.

Wonderful Stay

This home was perfect for our party of 8. We had more than enough room and communication with Karen was above par - she had thought of everything to make our entire stay the definition of "Southern Hospitality"! She even went out of her way to have an extra box fan waiting for us on our arrival. Thanks Karen and we will be back!

Absolutely Beautiful home but amazing host

This house has so much room and spread out for privacy. . Very clean home and beautiful furnishings but nothing beats the host . Let me tell you she is amazing with thoughtfulness of what you may need from travel size hair products in case you left yours to a note in the kitchen cabinet that told your where everything was so no need to hunt for anything and waist a minute of your vacation. Need a vase for flowers? Look at the note. She literally thought of everything. Thank you for making our families stay so great!!! We will be back!!

Very Relaxing Stay!

My wife, three daughters and I had a great time. The house was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and get alone time but also has great spaces for us to gather together for a meal or to watch a movie. The yard was nice. The owner was very easy to work with. We loved our time there.

Great Place For a big Group

Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for some wonderful meals. My favorite place was sitting on the front porch watching the sunrise.

Lots of room

My daughter was getting married in Springville. This was the perfect location, just 20 minutes away. We had 10 people and had plenty of room very everyone and plenty of room to park. The place was very clean with amenities. 3 bathrooms made wedding morning more tolerable. Beds are very comfortable, the are higher beds(something to keep in mind for older or disabled guest). There is a bedroom, bathroom and a small living room on the ground floor that is accessible through the garage. All other areas of house must be able to Negotiate stairs. My overall stay was wonderful. Communication with owner was excellent.

Great place for family

We were in Trussville for our son’s wedding at Micah’s Meadow. This home was perfect for our family. Great location making it easy to get anywhere. House is laid out great for everyone to have space. Games inside and out, fire pit. Karen was super to work with. Would definitely recommend this home

Perfect place for families

We rented this to house our family for a wedding at Matthews Manor. Ages ranged from 97 to 7 yrs. The 7 yr old girl was constantly occupied with the swing, trampoline, etc. On second day two neighbor Children came over and played with her for hours. Gorgeous house with every amenity possible. We made memories to last a lifetime laughing and joking on the back deck. Can’t say enough about the owner, either. Extremely patient with us, and extremely prompt at answering questions as well. Renting this house was the best decision we made about this wedding!
