Sérénité pure dans quartier calme. Superbes vues, zone boisée à l'arrière de la maison. Profitez du lever et du coucher du soleil depuis le porche et le pont arrière de la maison. L'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou des retraites spéciales. Semaines de guérison, week-ends entre copines, liens masculins avec des amis ou des fils, retraites de prière, retraites mère-fille, couples s'échappent. Beaucoup de stationnement hors rue. Our College track team stayed here for the Indoor National merry and this place was amazing. The team loved being able to Tage in the mountain views and walking around the quiet neighborhood. Karen was great to work with and made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend staying here and we definitely will in the future.

Everything was very nice, including the host. Everything was clean and comfortable and well decorated. We did not have time to use the back yard but it was lovely and would be fun for a gathering. The driveway is a little steep and tricky to back out of, but a backup camera helps a great deal. The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. It was very convient for our wedding. It is a very nice place!

Perfect for a weekend wedding!

Hosted our family for our son’s wedding at Mathews Manor. The house was well stocked with all necessary things for a family event. Would recommend!

Great House For a Large Group

My family came from out of state for my son’s wedding in Odenville and stayed at this lovely home. The house is so roomy that everyone has their own private space. The house is well stocked and the host is very laid back. It was perfect for our family’s needs.

Temporary Housing

Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away.

Wedding Weekend

House accommodated 15 family members for my sons wedding this weekend in Springville . Karen was very easy to work with always responded in a timely manner . The house was nicely stocked with adequate linens, blankets , pillows and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and coffee. The house was spacious and lovely . We enjoyed our family time together under one roof. Thank you Karen for opening up your beautiful home to us this weekend.

Temporary Housing Need

Our company placed some clients in this home while they were displaced from their own home due to an insurance claim. They were not able to live in their own home during part of the repairs process and needed something as close to their home as possible, This property turned out to be exactly what they needed. The host was so amazing and quick to respond to all of our questions and the needs of this family. Our client has had nothing but excellent things to say about their time in this home. They were very distressed about having to be out of their home and this stay made that time away so much easier. We want to thank the host for being so wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home for your next get away.

Hurricane Escape Makes for a Wonderful Vacation

My family and I along with a neighbor were forced to leave our home on Florida’s East Coast because of hurricane Irma. We had a very difficult time finding a place to flee to because most of the rental homes and hotels were booked. This home was much farther than what we wanted to travel. However, it turned out to be well worth the long ride. From the time we stepped foot in the door our worries seemed to melt away. After seeing this gorgeous home, we realized it was going to kill two birds with one stone. We would be safe from the storm and we were going to make this an unexpected and well-deserved vacation. There are so many extra features in this home to ensure everyone has a wonderful time. The area was beautiful. The home set at the top of a hill (in Florida it would be considered a mountain) and the local people were charming. The homeowner was so kind to work with us and was very attentive to our every need. I can’t say enough about how lovely this home was. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty and comfort of this home. We hope to be able to return next summer for a longer vacation. Karen… Thank you again for everything you did for us.

Not as advertised

I had rented for a family gathering and spent the weekend being shown "issues" by everyone staying. The property manager was easy to contact and quickly responded to incorrect info left regarding the wifi name and password. Unfortunately, the property had issues and was not as advertised. The listing states 6 beds, sleeping 10 yet there were 5 beds sleeping 8 (although we had only 7 adults and one baby for which we brought our own playpen which was good cause the playpen advertised as available was not there). We were unable to locate the games or baby items and the air hockey game was unusable unless moved and leveled. The cleanliness were disturbing, particularly when it was assumed since we were charged a cleaning fee up front the property would be, at least, clean. Instead, we were faced with mildew lined shower door, floors covered with dirt, leftover goldfish crackers and water bottles under a bed, pans crusted with leftover eggs, a coffee maker that constantly overflowed even when "single" cup was selected, a broken Roku unit, the top of the kitchen "tile" flaking off into feet, a shower door that would not close, peeling paint on the door frame. These represent the worst of what we experienced. Shame.

I'm so sorry that was your experience. I wish I had been informed while you were there. I talked to housekeeper extensively I have a housekeeper and maintenance guy on call when guest are at site. Also all of the kids stuff is in the 3rd floor den in clear view. It's possible it may have been left locked by housekeeper. In any are a call or text to me would have given you access to all baby equipment. I don't leave it in the main area because of other guest that may have pets or alot of traffic for cleanliness sake. Again I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.

Wonderful Stay

This home was perfect for our party of 8. We had more than enough room and communication with Karen was above par - she had thought of everything to make our entire stay the definition of "Southern Hospitality"! She even went out of her way to have an extra box fan waiting for us on our arrival. Thanks Karen and we will be back!

Absolutely Beautiful home but amazing host

This house has so much room and spread out for privacy. . Very clean home and beautiful furnishings but nothing beats the host . Let me tell you she is amazing with thoughtfulness of what you may need from travel size hair products in case you left yours to a note in the kitchen cabinet that told your where everything was so no need to hunt for anything and waist a minute of your vacation. Need a vase for flowers? Look at the note. She literally thought of everything. Thank you for making our families stay so great!!! We will be back!!

Very Relaxing Stay!

My wife, three daughters and I had a great time. The house was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and get alone time but also has great spaces for us to gather together for a meal or to watch a movie. The yard was nice. The owner was very easy to work with. We loved our time there.

Great Place For a big Group

Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for some wonderful meals. My favorite place was sitting on the front porch watching the sunrise.

Lots of room

My daughter was getting married in Springville. This was the perfect location, just 20 minutes away. We had 10 people and had plenty of room very everyone and plenty of room to park. The place was very clean with amenities. 3 bathrooms made wedding morning more tolerable. Beds are very comfortable, the are higher beds(something to keep in mind for older or disabled guest). There is a bedroom, bathroom and a small living room on the ground floor that is accessible through the garage. All other areas of house must be able to Negotiate stairs. My overall stay was wonderful. Communication with owner was excellent.
