My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The area is nice and has a pretty goo pizza restaurant just a short walk from the rental. The house was very clean, we felt safe, and my son really enjoyed the pool. The host was very polite and quick when I had a question. We would recommend and would love to return in the future.

Highly recommend!

We liked the location - walked to Sun Dial area and Marina nearby. Also sports bar and pizza place are a block away. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed including containers for leftovers.

Carrie's house is a treasure! Private pool, well stocked kitchen and a hot tub...you CANNOT do any better!! Communication with her was easy and timely. She gave excellent recommendations and my entire group agrees that Nicko's Pizza is the best neighborhood haunt!!! We loved St Pete and will definitely return and make sure it's when this property is available!!

We love our home and hope that you do too! We are from the Midwest but enjoy spending time in St. Pete. We love hosting and entertaining and are happy to provide a list of our favorite places in the area.

Step outside and find yourself in the heart of St. Pete's celebrated arts and cultural district. The Salvador Dalí Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, and the stunning Mahaffey Theater are all a short stroll away — catch a show, explore surrealist masterpieces, or browse rotating exhibitions on a whim.
Just 13 blocks from the legendary Central Avenue corridor, you'll find acclaimed restaurants, rooftop bars, craft breweries, and boutique shops. Come evening, this stretch transforms into one of Tampa Bay's most vibrant nightlife destinations — and the sparkling downtown waterfront is just beyond, perfect for morning runs, sunset strolls, or kayaking out onto the bay.
Nestled inside St. Pete's thriving Innovation District, our home sits at the center of a dynamic hub of tech startups, creative studios, and co-working spaces — entrepreneurial energy that has helped put this city on the national map.
This location is equally ideal for healthcare workers, students, and visiting professionals. Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital and Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital are both within a mile, and USF St. Petersburg is an easy walk from the front door.
And the beach? Never far. Hop on the Sun Trolley or local bus — both within walking distance — and let them carry you straight to Florida's famous white sandy Gulf shores. No car needed. The calm, shimmering waters of Tampa Bay are practically at your feet as well, offering boating, paddleboarding, waterfront dining, and some of the most breathtaking sunsets on Florida's coast.

この宿泊施設の特徴

There's the home, and then there's the location. Ours delivers both. A beautifully renovated 2007 Craftsman with a Key West-style pool, a large jet-powered hot tub, lush landscaping, and generous outdoor seating for dining, lounging, and everything in between. Ample street parking. And an address in the heart of downtown St. Pete that speaks for itself.
