Fantastisk familjesemester i Diamond Beach

Detta rymliga radhus med tre sovrum är knappt ett kvarter från stranden med uppvärmd pool i det prestigefyllda Diamond Beach-området i Wildwood Crest och kan sova åtta!

Njut av underbar havsutsikt medan du kopplar av på våra främre balkongdäck, eller välj den bakre balkongen med utsikt över komplexets fantastiska poolområde. Den uppvärmda poolen har ett barnavdelning, gott om solstolar på däck och till och med en liten picknick- och lekplats precis i närheten.

Det tre våningar radhuset är utsökt inredda och välutrustat för att göra din vistelse helt enkelt perfekt! Det moderna köket har granitbänkar och nya apparater i rostfritt stål. Matsalen är tillräckligt stor för alla storlekar familj med ett stort matbord och stolar. Det finns till och med ett område av avföring som ställs av köksbänken för informella måltider.
Vardagsrummet ligger utanför köket och är inrett fint med TV och DVD-spelare, två soffor (en är en sovhytt för extra gäster), ett stort soffbord och är också en idealisk plats för att läsa och spela spel. Det är öppet till andra våningen, vilket gör det till ett spektakulärt utrymme!

Den andra våningen har två sovrum. Det stora sovrummet, med högt i taket, har en king size-säng och badrum med slutna dusch och jacuzzi. Ett däck utanför detta sovrum har en underbar utsikt över havet. Det finns ett komplett badrum i hallen på andra våningen. Det andra sovrummet har en queen-size säng, en fullspeglad garderob och tillgång till ett däck med utsikt över poolen.

Loftet på tredje våningen har två våningssängar (vardera med en full storlek nedre och en singel på toppen) och kan sova så många som sex barn. Du kan till och med få utsikt över havet från loftfönstren.

Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar: två täckta parkeringsplatser, utomhusdusch, uteplats för strandstolar och cyklar, fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare, vardagsrumspis, sovrum och matsal takfläktar, kabel-TV och HD-TV i alla tre sovrum, som samt ett Wii-spelsystem på loftet. Diamond Beach erbjuder också 8 strandpass. Det finns också en vagnstopp i vårt hörn som går över Wildwood Crest och in i Wildwood till strandpromenaden och nöjesområdet.

Stay at Diamond Beach

We had a Wedding at Icona so this location was perfect as it was right across the street! The place was very nicely kept, clean and spacious. They left a little welcome bag which was very kind! The owners y very accommodating and always answered all of our messages quickly. Would definitely stay here again if we came back!

Wonderful home great location !

This is our second year renting this home and as always we had a great time. The owners are great to work . The home is super spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need and super clean ! We are already booking for summer of 2020. The O’Sullivan family

This townhome is beautifully decorated and very clean!!

My family and I stayed at Christina and George’s beach home for a week in July.. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted with a decorative welcoming bag on the counter filled with delicious goodies and a thoughtful note!! Their home is beautifully decorated and super clean . We loved the close proximity to the beach and the fact that there was a pool in the complex that we could also use. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that would love a wonderful vacation at the beach. Thank you Christina & George

Nice unit/Conveniently located

We were given the wrong code to the key box to obtain our keys. Only had to wait about a half an hour for the owner to reply with the correct code. We were graciously granted an early entrance by the owner to the property due to our tight schedule on our arrival day...but...when we got there, the unit had not been cleaned yet. I assume nobody notified the cleaning company of our early entry. The cleaning crew did eventually arrive, but in the meantime, all of our luggage and belongings we brought to move in had to sit in the kitchen area for a few hours until the crew finished their cleaning work. I read previous reviews about the owners leaving a lovely gift basket for the incoming renters, but there was none there when we arrived...maybe our 4 day rental didn't warrant the basket since we didn't rent the entire week. Anyone who rents this unit had better be an early riser as the entire 3rd floor and master bedroom are very bright as soon as the day begins to break each morning. Overall the unit was exactly as described on the web site and has anything and everything you may need furnished in the unit to live comfortably....except sheets for the beds which struck us as being kind of weird. The unit is well kept and nicely decorated and the small decks off the front and back of the unit are a very nice place to sit and relax. Although we had a few issues upon our arrival, the unit is definitely everything else as described and we would give it a 4 out of 5 rating.

Wildwood Wedding Weekend

My niece was getting married across the street at the Icona and we needed a place for my family to stay. This property was perfect and in the perfect location. It is a lovely accommodation and very roomy for eight people. Though we were not in the actual accommodation that much because we were out doing Wedding preparation’s, we were pleased with everything. There was it a nice gift basket when we arrived, and everything went smoothly and is exactly as advertised. Thank you very much and we hope to repeat the gathering next year possibly. If that is the case, I will be in touch. Thanks again!

Great location!

Thanks so much for sharing your townhome with us for the week! The location is great- walked right beach which is right across the street, ordered groceries online and picked up when we arrived- only about 8 min drive. Lots of restaurants and boardwalk within a quick drive. We had to bring sheets so had to make all the beds. and there were no washcloths (both of which were a first for us) but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing place to stay!

We’ll prepped, clean and homey place.

Christina and George are the ultimate of hosts. They thought of everything and you’ll find this home perfectly located with the right amenities for a family or girls weekend stay. They are easy to work with, responsive and know the area well. We Were happy with the rooms, the supplies, and the beautiful location right next to the beach for easy surfside walks and beach days. It’s located in a perfect spot on the Jersey shore with a family oriented environment. Their five star rating is well deserved.

Great House!

We loved our stay at this property in Diamond Beach area of Wildwood Crest, NJ. Master bedroom and second bedroom had very comfortable beds, and duvets and bath towels provided were good quality. Each of these bedrooms had a small balcony attached. Third bedroom had lots of room and beds...good for kids but I wouldn't have wanted to sleep there. It was pretty hot up there, even though they did provide a portable air conditioner, and it was also fairly noisy due to the HVAC system which appeared to run up through the house right through that room behind a closet. Kitchen was well turned out and so were the bathrooms. Nicely furnished all over. Two more balconies off kitchen and living room. Kids loved the pool. Communication with the owners was great. Ceiling fans were in all bedrooms and living room. The Diamond Beach area is wonderful - safe, clean, nice beaches, some restaurants within walking distance. Closest grocery store is Acme, a couple miles away - get there early-ish on Sunday morning or the shelves may be empty but they restock within a day or so.

Property is lovely and well appointed. The provided beach badges were not accepted at the beach which was unfortunate. Owner was quick to respond and offer options while working on solution. Hopefully this has been addressed for future guests.

Great rental

This is a very clean nice property in a fantastic location one block from the beach. The house has nice bathrooms and spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Also the pool at the property is very nice and heated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Mother's Day Gift Weekend Retreat

For Mother's Day my husband gifted me with a weekend at the shore for me and my friends. None of us had been to Diamond Beach before but wow it's the cutest town and Christina & George's house is beautiful! I loved how spacious it was, multiple balconies to enjoy the views, and the house was so beautifully decorated. They completely out did themselves with the most amazing welcome gift bag....it lasted 15 minutes! Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely home. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely come back!

escape weekend

We came down with my brother and his family for a long weekend at the end of September. We had a glorious weekend. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all and a few more kids if needed. The kitchen had everything you would want/need. The kids loved the heated pool and being one block from the beach and right next to our favorite ice cream place at The Grand. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice Beach Trip

Overall very nice place! Can’t beat location. Some slightly dirty areas such as bedding. Was originally missing all beach wrist bands but was able to contact owner and have someone come and get some for us. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great stay in Diamond Beach

This unit was perfect for our family. George and Christina did a great job stocking the unit with everything we could possibly need including beach tags and beach chairs. The close proximity to the beach was a bonus. I highly recommend this property to those interested in visiting the Cape May area.

Another wonderful Wildwood Week.

This is our second time staying on this property but the first time in this unit. We loved this unit, it had absolutely everything we as a family could need- plenty of space, comfy beds ( our 5 year old LOVED the loft bed where he could see "the whole world"), nightlights in the hallways/bathrooms, even the welcome gift bag was great especially because with the traffic & craziness of unpacking with small children we needed that bottle of wine & crackers! The unit was wired with the Nest which took some getting use but every bedroom and the living room was a smart TV with a ROKU so we had no problem watching our favorite TV shows and even binged a new one during one rainy night. The Kitchen was well stocked, I was able to cook with no issue- they even had a Kitchen Aid mixer!! It was so nice & quiet here, often we had the pool to ourselves- a good size and HEATED with the baby pool in the same pool which I love so I can be with my little one while watching the big one swim around! We had Icona beach passes which was great and it meant the beach where we were was not as crowded! I loved that this unit had enough space for our whole family, at one point we were 6 adults and 2 children- we even fit a full size crib in the master. And everyone had a bed! The unit was decorated beautifully and everything was updated! What else can I say other than we will be back, thank you George & Christina!

Fantastic location!

Very roomy home with three balconies and two ocean views. Enjoyed coffee in the morning looking at the ocean. Very conveniently located one block from the beach and walking distance to stores. George and Christine were easy to communicate with and gave attention to our needs with prompt responses. A nice touch, a welcome basket greets guests. We had an awesome week with our kids and grandkids in their home.

It just keeps getting better and better...

I have stayed here every summer since Christina and George purchased the property 3 years ago. Although they have improved the property every year with tasteful changes, I loved it the first time I stayed there. Not only is it decorated beautifully yet comfortably but the kitchen is better appointed than my kitchen at home: 3 different types of coffee pots, muffin tins, Henckels knives, a wine fridge (plethora of wine glasses), a slow cooker, a Kitchen Aid stand mixer (plus a hand held one), a Breville toaster oven, a variety of spices and even coarse salt. Of course it has what you would expect in any other rental but this kitchen is over the top. A beautiful gift bag awaits you on the counter with wine, jellies, crackers and other tasty items. The beach is across the street so you can sit off the kitchen or master bedroom deck with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and a warm muffin right out of the oven and take in the view. We hated to leave. I look forward to what they will do next. This property is like a rose that gets more beautiful as it blooms.

The close proximity to the beach, the open, airy floor plan, and the heated pool make this home perfect for our family and hopefully for yours as well. The layout of the house allows for everyone to have their own space and we never feel crowded. Our quiet neighborhood is perfectly situated between beautiful Cape May - where there is always something fun going on year round, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk - which is just a trolley ride away. Our kids enjoy the nearby mini golf, wildlife sanctuary and getting ice cream over at The Grande. We feel our home offers something for everyone.
