THE SPACE
This is a 800 sq ft 2 bedroom furnished condo with a nice riverfront view overlooking Belle Isle and the Detroit Yacht Club. This suite is perfect for work-from-home professionals and the building features a rooftop "penthouse" meeting area that is perfect for meeting with clients. This well-maintained building is located in the Gold Coast neighborhood along the river and it's approximately 5-10 minutes east of downtown Detroit. Paths to Belle Isle & Riverfront are minutes of walk away and you will find plenty of groceries and restaurants option within walking distance.
RENT: Rent is $1,495/ month for 12 months and $1,595/ month for 6 months minimum. This includes most utilities (see below)

* Water is included * Heat is included * 24/7 gated / valet parking included * Garbage included * You cover electricity (DTE) & TV / Internet (Comcast)
MOVE-IN REQUIREMENTS:

* A: Rent is $1,495/ month for 12 months and $1,595/ month for 6 months minimum. After that, rental contract is on a month to month basis.
* Q: What's included in the rent?
* A: Rent includes all association fees, water, heat, garbage, parking, 24/7 gated parking with security guard, etc. Not included are electricity (DTE Energy) and TV/ Internet (Comcast).
* Q: How big is the unit?
* A: 800 Sq. Ft
* Q: How does the application process work?
* A: There are 2 steps in the process. First we will show you the unit and if everything works out we will provide you with a lease agreement. After you submit the lease agreement we will review your documents and details. After review if we decide to proceed with the lease we will send your lease agreement to Shoreline East for processing. This step takes around 1 week and requires a $50 processing fee.
* Q: How much is needed to move in?
* A: To move-in we require 1 month refundable security deposit and first months rent.
*Q: Are there any other fees?
*A: Only other requirement is that you carry renters insurance. This is usually very inexpensive - around $20-$30 per month. There is also a fee charged by the building if you have pets. Please inquire for details if applicable. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all appliances & furnishings in the apartment.

Before we proceed with scheduling a viewing we will need some more information from you. Specifically please provide answers to the following questions:
1. Do you have a criminal record? We will be performing a background check on all renters prior to accepting a new lease agreement.
2. What is your current personal annual income? We require renters to earn 40x the monthly rent. We will need proof of income as part of the application process.
