Mountain Plaza 304 is a spacious condominium, right in the heart of Center Village, that Sleeps 8 people. This 1200 square foot condominium has a nice open feel and plenty of room for the whole family. With three full baths, there is also plenty of separation. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, a smart TV and Direct TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and bunk beds, a full size bath, smart TV and as well. Enjoy great views from the enclosed sun room and relax in the ample Living Room. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, take advantage of the Free Wi-Fi, watch the Direct TV on the smart TV/DVD player and dream away on the Queen Sofa Sleeper with Memory Foam. The Full Size Kitchen is apart of the open floor plan, perfect for enjoying company. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the American Eagle High Speed 6 person lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free internet access, heated underground parking, Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72347 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

Management needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arriving at 4:00pm doesn't leave you much time to connect with the management office when they close at 5:00pm. The person who answered when we called for help said they didn't have anyone after hours that could help us. Leaving a message for them to return my call was useless, nobody ever called. I don't understand how you can have parking garages at a ski resort that don't accommodate a Subaru with a Thule roof box. Knowing this ahead of time would have been helpful. You may want to add a note to your welcome email that gets sent out ahead of time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 had a great time. Mountain plaza is a great location. Super close to the American eagle gondola. Wood fire place with free wood us the best. Kitchen pretty stocked except for extra dish towels. Had a crockpot which was great. Plenty of room to spread our. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer which would be great. A cart to haul wood also would be nice. Beds were pretty comfortable however the blankets could be replaced. The place felt pretty clean except upon packing up we found a bra under a bed. Would return and recommend.
