Enjoy quiet sunsets from your private screened balcony at this two bedroom two bathroom third floor condo with preserve views. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is well stocked with everything you would need for preparing small meals to family dinners. The living room is furnished with a flat screen, and dining table with seating for six. The living room also opens out to the balcony through large sliding glass doors and furnished with a small table and chairs. Back inside to the first of the two bedrooms is a guest bedroom furnished with two twin-size beds and TV. This room also opens out to the balcony through large glass sliding doors. The guest bathroom has a large vanity and tub/shower combo. Continuing on to the spacious master suite furnished with a king-size bed, TV, and has a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large vanity and shower.

The community offers a heated pool open year round and is centrally located just minutes walking distance to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. Anna Maria Island and the surrounding area has an extensive number of options when it comes to fun in the sun and water sports. From renting a boat, fishing, or relaxing at one of the beach front restaurants, Anna Maria Island has a lot of island life to experience.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum reservation required and Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Association application and approval needed prior to reservation acceptance.

First time to visit this area and place was very nice and clean. Had pretty much everything we needed and super close to the beach. It has stairs but worth the climb!

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay here - not only because we got engaged!!! But the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again! The heat advisory made it feel a bit warm inside having to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Overall the condo was a great stay. It’s clean and spacious but I definitely think the listing should point out that there are 3 flights of stairs and NO elevator. Located kind of in the center of everything and being across from Publix was convenient

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was perfect… especially loved the kitchen, counter island & living room. Couches super comfortable. Perfect layout with lots of room. Washer & dryer brand new! Very clean!!! Would highly recommend & would stay again without hesitation! Siesta Key rentals were extremely efficient… impressed! Great location!!!

We stayed October 9-16. The weather was sunny and hot. We went to Manatee Beach everyday. The beach was convenient and clean We had a great burger at Skinnies. The condo is located across the street from Publixs. We had wonderful subs and fried chicken from Publixs. We ate breakfast at Peaches. We had a fabulous Italian dinner at Pestos. I would highly recommend this condo.

A fantastic apartment and a beautiful island.

Really lovely property. Easy access to the shops and a 10 minute walk to manatee beach. The free trolley is a great way to get around and explore the island. Some me great places to eat like the Ugly Grouper and Mr, Bones. And you can get a draft beer for $1.50 on the Rod & Reel pier, and sit and watch the dolphins. Beware of the 'no see ums' some kind of sand gnat that loves to bite people! Only advice is to get your essentials at Dollar Tree rather than pay 4x price at Publix. It is a fantastic place and we will definitely go back😎

Awful Property Management

Our family stayed here for spring break and we purposely rented the property because it had a pool. However, the pool was closed the entire week! We contacted the property manager who did absolutely nothing and did not even follow up on the status. Also, it is a bit of a far walk to the beach and not really close as advertised in the listing.

We followed up on the situation just 26 minutes after the guest called reporting the pool closure, we informed them that they were at the incorrect pool and to follow the directions provided to the correct pool associated with this unit. Distance to beach is accurately depicted by the location map on the listing and confirmed correct by previous guest reviews.

Lots of stairs!

Great location and unit nicely updated. When we arrived the internet and cable tv was not working. A maintenance guy came out fairly quickly and he got the tv working but internet did not get working until afternoon of next day.

Good location

The unit itself was very nice. The only issue I had with the unit was that it wasn’t totally clean. The bed wasn’t made, the sheets and towels were thrown on the bed. Both bathrooms had towels on the floor and hanging on the hooks. This must have been a communication issue with the cleaning crew. However, I did receive a call from the manager and we worked on an agreement on the cleaning fee . Otherwise, the unit was very nice and fully equipped.

All great but...

Need to change listing to say that there are 3 flights of steps with no elevator. For people with back problems or other issues, this is a problem that could be a problem. Should say there is no elevator. Also, sheets in master bedroom were dirty. New mattress is definitely needed. All great besides that.
