Shipwatch 310 is back on the rental market after extensive renovations to the entire condominium complex. Shipwatch Condos is a gated development right on the beach with a large pool, grill & picnic area, private beach access, and covered parking. This unit is located on the top floor and is right beside the elevator and stairs. For convenience, Unit 310 has a large storage closet located on the ground level. A beach wagon, umbrella, and plenty of chairs are available for your use, but there is still lots of extra room for any of your personal items. The condo also has a fold-away twin size cot perfect for a small child.

Honestly it was so easy from booking, email a few days in advance letting us know how to get in to everything, text letting us know we good check in early, and the property itself was everything it promised. Will definitely be checking if this place is available first before booking anywhere else on St. Simon’s Island

This place was great! Well stocked kitchen and included beach chairs and umbrella. The host Ben was very responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late. Very close to the beach and bike rental place. I’d highly recommend for any couple family or even if you are by yourself! We will be back!

This condo was perfect for our little family! Everything was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect! As well as being on the beach, it’s only a short drive from popular attractions we wanted to visit and restaurants we wanted to eat at! Checking in and out was super easy too! We willdefinitely be returning!

We were fully satisfied with our stay at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island! The location is prime—just a short walk to the beach, with a nice pool on the property, and only about a 5-minute drive to all the great restaurants and kids parks.The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essential utensils, which made it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Shipwatch again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on St. Simons Island!

Condo was very comfortable for my husband and I. Enjoyed the patio. Great location. Walked to the little village and rented bicycles. Great way to explore SSI and look at all the beautiful homes and gardens. Great restaurants and people very friendly. Lighthouse and WW2 museum are excellent.

It really rain at night while we were there. The drainage for the area around and under units is horrible. Need a better way to get the water away from condos. Plus the elevator stop working. Checking out and having to carry everything down 3 flights of steps is not fun. Our unit was beautiful and we loved it.

Cool respite

Our stay was so relaxing! During a week of unseasonaly high temperatures, even for St Simons, we had a nice, cool, clean and well appointed place to retreat to each day. Love that it was gated and not crowded on the dead end street. Made for a week of easy access to the beach, the town, and quick trip up the island for sights. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Beds were very comfortable!

Awesome place right on the beach!

My family and I stayed here this past weekend and had the best time! The condo is right on the beach and the host was so responsive and kind. It was so convenient to make a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the beach and it was also within walking distance to ships, restaurants and the pier. The host also had a really nice beach storage closet with chairs and all kinds of beach items that made it so easy to grab and go! Also, if you didn't want the beach but still some sun and water, the condo pool area was beautiful and had restrooms so you didn't have to go back and forth to the condo. They also had a binder there with tons of recommendations from restaurants to must visit spots! 10/10 recommend staying and will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our unit and can’t wait to return. The rooms were extremely clean and filled with sunshine. The furniture lovely and the beds were so comfy. The short walk to the beach enjoyable. The view of the ocean from the third floor walkway is breathtaking and I have many pictures to remind me of the wonderful vacation. I love telling everyone about St. Simons Island and the wonderful Shipwatch unit !!!!

The hot water heater was very loud and made a knocking noise intermittently throughout the night. The main bathroom shower was not very clean, the grout was very dirty and there was even a hair on the wall. The breaker tripped and would not reset when nothing was plugged in. Location was great though and the decor was lovely.
