Nice stay

Very dated. Comforters and furniture were very dirty and need a thorough cleaning but the location is nice and beds comfortable. Amenities are adequate. Coffee maker is a bit broken. No icemaker just trays but overall a nice stay for a long weekend central reservations is great very nice staff answering calls quickly and very informative easy check in and out

Adequate condo

The condo was as advertised. A little dated but could easily tell that from the provided photos. The shower drain was clogged, and needs to be cleared
just some feedback for the owners. It didn’t affect our stay or rating of the condo, just a small detail that should be fixed for the next renters.

Wonderful exoerience and rental!

We were very pleased with this rental! Not totally knowing what you are going to find when you arrive we were very pleased with location, ease of check in, and the overall layout of this rental. View was amazing and it had everything you need for your stay. Livingroom furniture could use updating to a more comfortable feel, but when you are at the beach livingroom furniture isn't a priority! Easy walk to ice cream, pizza, putt putt, candy store and many other stores and shops. Nice area, friendly neighbors, an overall great find for us at a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend this property and would return without question!

Nice Location - could use some upgrades

The condo was in a great location and ocean front. The condo needs some updating. The living room furniture is so very uncomfortable - especially for adults. There were several lightbulbs missing so lighting was not optimal. There were no batteries in the tv remote (or the dvd remote). Balcony furniture was not very comfortable either, although we spent a lot of time on the balcony -- the view is awesome.

Some frustrations

Bit surprised at lack of trash bag, cleanser (kitchen soap), etc. we knew not to expect paper products but almost no TP on arrival was troublesome.

Enjoyed trip but once was enough

Great to be able to just go out to balcony and down one set of stairs and be steps away from the ocean. Beautiful views from balcony. No light bulb outside of slider door on balcony, but enough light from neighbor to be able to see to get down stairs. Condo was mostly clean. Freezer had to be cleaned upon arrival. Also, washer was full of sand and had to be cleaned before use. Parking lot is tight. Three double cab trucks in addition to mine and a larger SUV made getting in and out interesting to say the least. Must be good at backing out of the lot! Lot located on a very small side street.

The view and location are excellent and it all goes downhill from there. Upon our arrival at the condo our key stuck in the front door, which was right in line with everything we were to experience in the coming week. From a nonfunctional dishwasher, bathroom doors without working locks, to the broken shelving in the refrigerator this place was a dump. The outlets in one of the bedrooms were so old that the plug to my phone charger kept falling out in the middle of the night. I could go on, but I think I made my point.

Great trip at Beach manor 2022

I loved the beach front and the short walk to the beach. View from the 2nd floor was great, only down falls were the one bedroom was small and the furnace filter was nasty and wasn't the correct size (too small). The couches weren't the most comfortable. But besides that spend most of the day at the beach anyway. Couldn't complain for the price being right at the beach with those views

Definitely more good than... 'imperfect'

The good: Lovely beach view, very easy beach access, kitchen appropriately equipped, beds had add-on pillowtops, making them more comfortable than those in most rentals... In general, no unpleasant surprises. The imperfect: In general, the condo included the kinds of imperfections to be expected in an older rental. But in trade, it felt like our personal piece of the beach of experience (rather than being part of a herd staying at some of the nearby high rises). In sum: If available, we'd probably rent here again.
