This enjoyable vacation rental offers a tremendous experience for guests with front door overlooking the pool. 2 queen beds in the 2 bedrooms, it provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property also features AC, WiFi, a washing machine, and heating for your convenience. The 2 bathrooms come with a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. The condo was not the cleanest at all unfortunately. Hoping they fix that. Great area for beach and stores. A couple of items needed to be fixed while there as well.

The condo was filthy. We couldn’t use the coffee pots, they’re old and were nasty. The floors were so dirty we couldn’t walk around barefoot. The kitchen sink was full of food (or something). The bathrooms were dirty too.

This condo was precisely what I booked. We had two parking spaces directly in front of our building, and there was never an issue getting one when we left and came back. The condo was plenty enough for my group. The a/c was super cold. All of the appliances worked as they should and there was no issue with water pressure or temperature. The pool was one of the perks I was looking for while searching for places, since this was our first visit and I knew we didn’t want to be directly on the beach, and spending every day at the beach. (But when we did visit the beach, it was the easiest walk and direct access I could have hoped for.) And with that in mind, I definitely did not want to be looking at a parking lot, soooooooo overlooking the marshy land of the bay from the screened balcony was my absolute highlight of the condo. I opened the windows to this porch, turned on the fan and spent much of my down time, in the condo, in this area. It was a great sunset area. We did much of what Ocean City had to offer and had a great time all around. Thank you

Great vacation

The property was clean and check in was very easy. Included everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch and bay views. Was close to beach.

Loved our time at Josh’s condo! I’d give it 5 stars, but the bedsheets felt like sandpaper. Bring your own sheets and pillows and you’re sure to have a perfect stay!

Wonderful stay!

This condo was exactly what was shown in the photos it’s clean, beautiful and a nice view of the bayside to watch the sun set great location for the beach and other vicinity’s are so close by. Josh was a great host Very attentive if we had questions or needed any thing. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely would stay again!

Great apartment, beautiful view, close to beach!

I stayed here as a group of 4 over labor day weekend. It was a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had ample room for all of us. It was also stocked with everything we needed! The view was also gorgeous. We could have stayed there overlooking the bay all day! It was also a very short walk to the beach. We knew we wanted to be close to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, and this was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and will be returning next summer!
