We enjoyed every moment of being in this charming house. The only thing I could say was that the 10 am checkout was too early...other than that, it was perfect and we'll stay there again!

This home was so lovely for our small group of friends! The home and property are beautiful and well-maintained. We absolutely loved the dunes and beach right outside the back door!! And the paintings throughout the house were amazing.

The cutest beach cottage in the best location with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great communication from the host and everything in perfect order. Our boys loved the playroom and the back deck was so nice for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! We will be back!

We had a wonderful weekend and this beach house was the perfect setting for my daughter’s engagement! Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us, even letting me know how many champagne flutes she had. I can’t say enough great things about the Grayley cottage! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Graley Cottage! It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The artwork added a warm, welcoming touch throughout the home.The location was excellent, convenient to shops and restaurants. The beach never felt overcrowded, making it easy to relax and enjoy the scenery.We will look forward to returning and highly recommend this cottage to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-appointed beach getaway.

Beautiful Home on the Beach

This was an excellent stay. We had a walking path directly to the beach. Sunsets on the back porch. Comfortably housed 11 people. The host was exceptional with communication.

Great house, better location

This house is a great find. House is behind the dunes beach front with a huge backyard area. Kids loved it and we had a blast. Plenty of space inside the home and it is loaded with everything you need including beach toys and supplies. Great host, easy and quick communication.

Property was clean, well organized, and well stocked. Property manager communicated very well. Description was accurate. Enjoyed the weekend at this property!! Be sure to go to the Atlantic Beach Seafood Market and get some Wicked Tuna Salad; soooo good!!

Charm and Amenities Galore

We invited our adult children 5 grandchildren, and one boyfriend to stay with us. The house was perfect with separate spaces, comfortable beds, and amenities galore. The photos don't do it justice. The kitchen is small but efficient and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach and a lot of extras. we will definitely be back!

Charming Home at Atlantic Beach

We loved our stay at this charming home at Atlantic Beach. The house is beautiful with every thing you need for a week at the beach provided. We had every age and there was lots of privacy when needed. The living area was comfortable but we spent must of our time, when not on the beach, on the porch and deck. This home is in a nice area away from the crowds yet close to everything we needed in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and Beaufort. Stephanie is a wonderful hostess! We finally found a beach house that we look forward to going back to year after year.

Family celebration for fathers 80th birthday

We chose this home for an extended family weekend to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. As this is the first birthday after my mother passed away in December of 2022 (after 59 years of marriage), this time away as a family group was extremely important for all of us. Thank you for providing your lovely home as it was the perfect setting. There was absolutely nothing that could have been better for the family healing and celebration of our patriarch.

Stephanie was such an awesome host, and her home was perfect, just steps to the beach. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice - this home is filled with love and memories, warmth and comfort, and all of the everyday needs a visiting family could possibly need, including a wealth of beach toys for the kiddos. We would stay at the Graley again..in fact we are! Thanks Stephanie, for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home with our families!

Awesome stay

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The house has everything you could ever need for a great beach vacation including being super clean. You can walk straight to the beach from the front of the house or the public access is 2 houses down and super easy. We will definitely be back.
