Just a 7 minute drive from downtown, 1 mile from Rainey Street, and steps away from the trail and restaurants, the stylish 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home is a perfect basecamp to explore.

Enjoy the outdoor sanctuary complete with a pool, outdoor shower, deck, and turfed yard that sits under a canopy of lush trees. Each of the 3 King bedrooms also has its own private patio.

About the space:

The Holly Hideout is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom oasis with a spacious deck, pool, outdoor shower, chef’s kitchen, and several outdoor hangout spaces.

Living & Dining - Decked out with stylish art, books, games, a super deep couch, and XL dining table, you may never want to leave. Features a Samsung Frame TV with Netflix and HBO and Sonos speakers + sub.

Outdoors - Enjoy the Austin sunshine with a spacious pool, outdoor shower, and recently rebuilt deck and turfed yard perfect for at-home yoga sessions. Features a propane grill.

Bedroom 1 - The Primary: Enjoy a king-sized Purple mattress with Parachute linens and Garza Marfa robes. Features a dedicated workspace, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private patio with a dining set.

Bedroom 2 - The Blue Room: Enjoy a king-sized Purple mattress with Parachute linens and Garza Marfa robes, plus and a private patio with a luxe lounger perfect for catchups over morning coffee.

Bedroom 3 - The Pink Room: Enjoy a king-sized Purple mattress with Parachute linens and Garza Marfa robes, plus your own private patio.
The Bunk Room - Features 1 King bed, 3 Twin beds, and 1 trundle — all with Parachute linens – plus a desk. Each bed was custom crafted for privacy and functionality, including bedside lights and charging ports in each bunk.

Kitchen - Get cooking in a fully outfitted chef’s kitchen complete with a blender, mini food processor, hand mixer, and all the cooking tools you need.

Work Space - The house has high-speed wifi, two rooms have desks, and there are several additional spaces to set up your laptop and dial in.

Kid-Friendly - A pack-and-play and high chair is available for use, upon request.

Location - The Holly Hideout is 15 minutes from the airport and walking distance to East Austin favorites including Launderette, Bufalina, Blue Owl Brewing, and Juiceland. We’ll share all our favorites in the welcome guide once you book!

We had a wonderful stay at this Austin property! The location was fantastic, we were able to walk to breakfast and lunch which was great.Nick was an excellent host, very accommodating and quick to respond. We stayed for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect for the group. There was plenty of space (and mirrors!) for getting ready. The house was well equipped and clean it’s clear the host really thought through the details. I usually find the hair dryers at rental properties not great, but these were great. The clothes steamer was also a huge plus for our group. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Great house and great stay!

We recently stay with a group of friends for a bachelor party and this house was perfect for our group. It has top notch amenities, is a short distance from downtown or Rainey street and the neighborhood was nice too! The owner was responsive and very helpful if we needed anything during the stay, and I would definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends.

Great Place & Host

The house was great and had everything we needed. Nick was a very accommodating host and easy to work with. Will definitely rebook this house. Note: if you go to Juan in a Million down the street, make sure you go early and only order one (1) Don Juan for breakfast; great food and large portions.
