Great stay for a bachelorette party!

We had a great time here - we stayed 3 nights and would highly recommend to any group wanting to be close to the downtown area. It was very clean and the AC worked great. 10/10!

Amazing Stay

I stayed here with a group of my friends and we had the best time. The house is perfect for a big group and we had everything we needed. The pictures are exactly like the house 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Friends trip to Austin

The house was clean and very lovely for the 8 of us that stayed! It was conveniently located within the city, felt safe and the property managers were extremely helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Excellent gathering Space

We were all thrilled with our stay. Well organized, comfortable sleeping, bathrooms spacious clean and well supplied. The open kitchen and living space were just what we needed to gather and enjoy together. Signage helped us find all that we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Loved the coffeemaker!! Highly recommend the near downtown yet quiet neighborhood space in Austin.

Great girls trip!

Beautiful house with lots of space. We had 9 ladies on a birthday trip and the house was perfect…spacious but cozy. Very clean, comfortable beds, very easy to get Ubers from this location. Communication with owner and property manager was very easy.

The home was beautiful, spacious, clean. updated, comfy beds, kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and had many amenities. There was a great outdoor space as well. It was in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, live music and shopping. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to re visit.

Grand home- nicely decorated!

Great home, very nicely decorated. We loved the guide book. The location was close to downtown Austin. Some streets and alleys nearby looked a little sketchy with graffiti where some may not feel super safe and comfortable to walk nearby. But the home itself was great.

Perfect SXSW Experience!

This was a perfect house for our work event in downtown Austin. We hopped on scooters to our location eveyday. The house was very comfy and clean. Would def. stay here again. Thanks!

Amazing Property

I booked this amazing home in November for a group of friends and myself to celebrate my birthday! The pictures just don’t give enough justice! Super clean, spacious, great location and beautiful! We were all bumped and wish we could’ve booked it another night because we just didn’t get enough time to enjoy it more. The hostess were very realizable and adequate. Def, would book again!

Great place to stay for a group of friends

My friends and I really enjoyed this property! It looked as pictured and we liked that there were quite a bit of useful things in the kitchen. The area is a bit up and coming and we definitely heard street cleaners and trains going in the early am, but there are a ton of great restaurants and bars just a few blocks north. Edwin & Lucas were very responsive throughout the entire time. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent and immaculate property. Edwin and Lucas made our stay with 10 people very enjoyable! We couldn't find the trundle 10th bed at first, but Edwin replies quickly to our messages. The location was convenient. Pro Tip: there is a small loft in the back which is a separate rental. With a slightly bigger group (i.e. 12 people) it would make sense to rent that small laptop as well. The backyard can also connect (via locked gate) to the backyard of an adjacent identical unit (sleeps 10 people). If you have a VERY big group (20 people) renting both adjacent units would be a great idea. You can probably fit up to 24 people with the two houses, plus each of the two lofts.

Great choice within walking to Rainey and 6th street

A group of us stayed here and it was a perfect set up! Close enough we could walk to get drinks yet reasonably priced. The hosts were great and even helped us get a place to store our bags so we did have to walk around with them all day!
