Welcome to Genoa Vacation Rental, a beautifully maintained condo located within the Greenlinks community at Lely Resort. Thoughtfully furnished and designed for comfort, this spacious retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Southwest Florida getaway.



Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, two bedrooms, two private bathrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry facilities. The condo features a king-size bed in the primary suite and a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping accommodations for up to two more guests.

Guest Access:

The guest will have access to the entire Condo and community pool area, tennis courts, and gym. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

**Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and to sign an electronic agreement. Once these steps are completed, we will send you an electronic door code approximately 4 days before arrival. There is no need to visit an office or meet anyone in person - simply arrive at the property and use your code to enter.



POOL RENOVATION NOTICE

Please be advised that the community pool at Greenlinks will be temporarily closed due to scheduled renovation works beginning June 22, 2026. The renovation is expected to take approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on weather conditions and construction progress. During this time, the pool area will be unavailable for guest use.

The Condo is located just a short 9 mile drive to Naples downtown 5th Avenue S and the wonderful beaches of Naples. It’s just 11 miles north of Marco Island. Golf, beach, shopping, dining, art enthusiasts alike are sure to make the most of their stay at our Bologna at Lely Resort.
