Peacful and quiet. Luxury is an understatement. Everything so comfortable and the lush green view is an extra bonus. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway with all the amenities. Shaiffu was the perfect host and a pleasure to meet. Thank-you again for everything!

First time staying in the TPC area. Condo was in excellent condition. Beds very comfortable, beautiful decor, and entire condo was clean ,clean ,clean. This unit was larger than expected, huge plus.

Everything was perfect… Condo was clean, light, spacious and fully stocked. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect… The outdoor balcony was great as well! Gennifer was very communicative and so easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

The place was great and Jennifer was a very helpful host. The only issue we had was the gate entry to the property, which wasn't necessarily the owners fault but was an issue.

Great Place in Sawgrass

Our stay was great! The house was nicely decorated, and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable. We had one issue with a chirping alarm and the hosts was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our vacation truly seamless. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sawgrass.

Beautiful condo, well kept and remodeled. Pictures were a bit misleading but overall its a good value with beautiful grounds and amenities.

Fantastic Stay - Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO rental! The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, with a really nice layout and amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The host was incredibly communicative, flexible, and accommodating – always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our visit.Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions, and we appreciated how easily accessible the property was. The location was perfect for our needs, with great proximity to the Mayo Clinic and other local conveniences.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect alternative to the wedding location hotel

In town for a wedding. Great alternative to the more expensive hotel. Lovely, much appreciated welcome basket. Easy access to beech, groceries, restaurants, other shopping. Clean. Well-appointed. Comfortable. Peaceful.

Highly Recommend

We regret not being able to enjoy this wonderful condo for a longer period of time! It is located in a quiet area of Sawgrass and the unit itself has been beautifully decorated and maintained. The property manager (Jennifer) was extremely responsive and she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jennifer!

What a wonderful stay!

Wow, I highly recommend this condo. I am a patient at Mayo Clinic and come down every 6 months for a checkup. My wife and I love the Ponte Vedra area and were thrilled to find this place. Quiet and extremely safe tucked away in a gated golf community.The host was great, got back to me in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. The unit is very clean and extremely comfortable, again what a great find.Thank you Jennifer!Mel

Overall this was a great unit - keep in mind it is on the second floor so you have to navigate two flights of steps to enter the unit as well as there being 2 steps down to access either of the two bed rooms. There could have been a few more kitchen essentials, e.g. microwave safe containers, tongs, etc. On the few occasions we did cook I always felt I was reaching for something that wasn't there. Also, not a knock on the physical space more be aware of the house rules - there is a detailed manual indicating "extra" fees to be charge - if you used too many towels, if the unit including the refrigerator, oven, stove, dishes left in the dishwasher, furniture moved etc., basically you need to leave the unit in the same exact condition in which you found it otherwise there was a chance of the fee being assessed surprising since they charge a cleaning fee
