Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate that you mentioned I was attentive during your stay — I genuinely try to provide responsive, professional service to every guest. Regarding the damage waiver fee, this is a clearly disclosed non-refundable fee that is presented before booking and must be acknowledged and signed prior to check-in. It is never added afterward, and all guests agree to it in advance as part of the rental terms. When I explained again that the damage waiver fee is non-refundable, you expressed that you were unhappy specifically because of that policy, despite otherwise positive comments about the property and your stay. While I understand that not every policy will suit every traveler, leaving a one-star review solely because a clearly stated and signed non-refundable fee was not refunded does not fairly reflect the quality of the stay, the property, or the level of service provided. I also believe it may not give future guests an accurate picture of the experience we work hard to deliver. Transparency is very important to me. All policies are outlined upfront so guests can make informed decisions before confirming their reservation. I remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed property for all future guests. Thank you.

Great location

We were looking for somewhere quiet but close to the beach for the long 4th of July weekend. This property in a gated community with beach access and a pool fit the bill. Close to restaurants, shops, and a short jaunt to St Augustine via A1A made it a great spot to get away. We enjoyed our stay!

We booked this unit last-minute. The location is unbeatable if you are visiting Ponte Vedra, TPC Sawgrass, or the greater Sawgrass area the unit is conveniently located.The condo was neat, tidy, and reasonably well-maintained. The furniture was a bit worn but still functional. We were surprised by the starter level/stock of essential (paper products, soap, dishwasher pods, etc..) were all in reasonable supply. The complimentary basket of basic toiletries in the master bathroom was nice.There was a pool close by, however, due to the cold weather we were not able to take advantage of it. There is a really nice public beach about 2 miles away and we had some very enjoyable evening strolls there.One of the main property-related issue that kept me from giving it a higher review was the sliding glass doors on the main floor were broken.I respectfully suggest the host have them repaired before the next guests arrive.Overall, we had a decent stay and would consider returning if the price felt right.One final note (100% unrelated to the host or property): There were three separate “miscellaneous” charges with no description or apparent added value. This is strictly a platform issue and not a reflection on the host.

Wonderful home in a great location

This was our second time staying at this property and we always have a lovely time. It’s centrally located near the beach and very close to the community pool. Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants are all very close by and accessible. Karen is a wonderful host who is always very accommodating and reachable in case of any questions. We are so grateful to Karen for sharing her lovely home and hospitality and would love to return again.

Fantastic stay in Ponte Vedra

I rented Karen’s beautiful place for family visiting from out of town. We live in Ponte Vedra and are members at the sawgrass country club so we know this area extremely well. Her place was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. Check in, permissions at the gate were all seamless. Very conveniently located. She is incredibly responsive if you have questions. We will definitely rent from her again. Our family loved staying there.

Weekend Getaway

Karen was an excellent host. Always available and responsive. Felt welcome immediately. Townhome was immaculate, well stocked and convenient. Close to restaurants, Publix and activities. Walked to the beach at Sawgrass and enjoyed the golf course view. Highly recommend

3 week stay

We stayed for 3 weeks for our son’s wedding and a little getaway. The grounds of Sawgrass Country Club were fabulously maintained and beautiful! Checkin was very easy and Karen had alerted the staff at the gate of our arrival so that went very well. The condo could use some touch ups and minor maintenance but all in all the place was clean and worth the money! Karen was quick to send her maintenance man over to change an outdoor lightbulb and he was very service oriented. The king size bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the area!

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable

This is a nice two bedroom condo on the golf course. It is comfortable and perfectly quiet. It could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and some bathroom updates, but at the price point, it is a great deal. Perfect communication from the host. Everything that needed to be communicated and nothing else.

Tranquil, Comfortable Convenience

I chose this Sawgrass Villa as a recovery spot post surgery from the Mayo Clinic. I found the location to be quiet, tranquil, extremely safe and convenient to everything that we needed to access. The beds are super comfortable, which for me, post surgery, would have been very important to the overall satisfaction of my stay there and my comfort while recovering. I was so pleasantly surprised to be so very comfortable. Karen, the property manager, was super responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating. I hope to stay again when back for a subsequent visit.

This condo is in a good location near everything, but is in need of updating. It seems like it has seen quite a bit of use and bathrooms and kitchen are tired. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The furniture is worn. The owner maintained great communication and was highly responsive. Good TV. Internet. Nice little welcome gift. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. It is just time to put some investment back in.

Dear Ajoy, Thank you for your review and feedback. We added this condo to rental about a year ago, and renovated it before listed VRBO, including new paint throughout the interior, ceiling paint, new flooring, new electrical, new plumbing and all new furniture. I am sorry you feel all of that is dated and we will look into this seriously after this summer. Hope that we can maintain this condo well to the rental market for our guests in sawgrass in the future. Best Regards.

Very disappointed.

The pictures online looked very nice. Unfortunately, we were never able to enjoy the outdoors, because there is only one access to it and you could barely open the door because it is so old. In addition, the screen was ripped and we couldn’t enjoy fresh air because of the geckos that kept coming through the screen. The property was filthy. Food explosion in the microwave that was never cleaned, dog hair throughout the condo and also in the shower of master bedroom. Dust and filth on ceiling fans, and lamps and a used bar of soap stuck to the top of a game box in the living room! In addition, we had to replace batteries in two of the three remote controls. These should be standard procedures after each group exits the property. Obviously this property was never cleaned thoroughly although, when we first arrived, the smell of bleach was overpowering. That’s when we discovered, we couldn’t open the patio door without having an issue with the geckos. I honestly think the cleaning team sprayed bleach into the air so you would think the property was cleaned. I did contact Kim at the management office and she offered to credit us the cleaning fee. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. We also enjoyed the foosball table.

We were visiting for The Players and this was a perfect location. The villa is comfortable and enjoyed being on the golf course. The villa is well stocked and communication with managers was great. Would highly recommend this villa!
