    Séjour à l’appartement de La Garenne-Colombes

    Malheureusement, notre séjour a été marqué par une communication très compliquée avec l’hôte, ce qui a fortement impacté notre expérience. Dès le départ, les informations essentielles (comme les modalités d’entrée dans l’appartement ou les contacts sur place comme parking etc..) ont été transmises de manière floue, incomplète, tardive ou jamais. Nous avons dû relancer plusieurs fois pour obtenir des réponses, parfois sans retour ou avec beaucoup de délai, ce qui a créé beaucoup de stress inutile, notamment à l’arrivée.Plusieurs échanges auraient pu être évités si l’organisation avait été plus claire et si la communication avait été plus réactive. Nous avons eu l’impression de devoir gérer des imprévus qui auraient pu être anticipés avec un minimum d’attention.C’est dommage, car l’appartement en soi est bien situé et offre un bon potentiel. Mais une meilleure coordination et une communication plus sérieuse sont absolument nécessaires pour garantir un séjour serein aux futurs voyageurs.
