Desafortunadamente para nuestro niño interior, sólo hay algunas comodidades modernas que tu casa del árbol tradicional no puede proporcionar. Hemos hecho este cómodo establecimiento el lugar ideal para practicar senderismo, playa de crucero o sentarse con un buen libro. Las vistas desde su habitación, nueve pies de la tierra, son impresionantes. Usted nunca perderá una puesta del sol sobre el Golfo de México. Very disappointing experience.

Owner sent an email to us the morning of our arrival date, saying the rental would be available at 4 p.m. When we showed up at 4 p.m., owner 's friend, who was at the property, said we were mistaken; no one was booked for that night. The rental had not been cleaned. He was unable to reach the owner. When we showed him the owner's email from earlier that morning, he then called the cleaner to the property. It was after 7 p.m. that we were told we could access the property. The owner called us while we were waiting and said he would "buy us drinks", but refused any other refund. At the price we were paying for the rental (which comes out to $15./hr.) , he owes us $45. He repeated his offer for "drinks" two days later. A month later, he has not made good on his promise, and has ignored my message reminding him of it.

Perfect Treehouse for Small Family

My family of four (10 yr old and 5 yr old) loved the little treehouse bungalow! We came to see family for a few days during spring break! It was the perfect size for what we were looking for! We spent both days at the beach and this beat sharing a room with kids in a hotel! Very close to beach access and grocery stores! We got locked out and Joseph helped us get back in by the time we got home from the beach! He was very communicative! We would definitely rent this again!

Clean and quirky with all comforts of home

Everything was in order for our stay, from check in to check out. Plenty of towels. Fully equipped kitchen, Handy to have access to washer dryer and beach towels. Vandy Beach is walking distance (20 minute walk but doable). Parking at property for one car. Pleasant neighbourhood. Wifi was challenging but not unavailable. We had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Perfect location

Very comfortable for my husband and myself. We spent 2 weeks in the Treehoise. Good location to beaches, restaurants. Trader Joe’s, etc. we brought bikes and rode them everywhere- super easy to get around. We had a couple other groups in the ‘big’ house below us- didn’t even know they were there except to say hello as we all came and went. It’s a nice, quiet little place to relax!!

Super Cute Place

The tree house was a super cute place for my husband and I to stay for our long weekend getaway! It is centrally located to everything...stores, beaches, restaurants etc. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood and bike riding was a lot of fun! The place was clean and well stocked as far as dishes, cookware etc. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was there was only one beach towel available to us and the linens really need updating but other than that we loved staying there. I would definitely recommend this place and we would stay again!

Naples Tree House Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Tree House along with our little dog, Honey. The owner Joseph greeted us when we checked in and showed us the apartments. The apartment was perfect for us. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Unique, convenient and comfortable

The Treehouse is a very unique property, well-maintained and extremely comfortable. The host communicated well in advance of our stay about all the necessary details, and even provided information about the area in advance, so we could plan what to do while there. The immediate neighborhood was very homey and friendly, and the location was fabulous for easy access to beaches and 'things to do'. Would not hesitate to stay again when we're in the area. One of a kind place!

“Treehouse” is a very accurate description as you truly feel hidden away in a charming home in the trees. The location is great. Rent a bike & you’re 5 min from beach & beach restaurants. Joseph, the owner, is charming and attentive and will take care of all of your needs. Sorry to leave!

Beautiful location

Absolutely immaculate apartment. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, etc. Owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and provided a really nice guide to the property and area in an email and as a hard copy. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Great for weekend away

We enjoyed our short time in Naples at this cute property. Clean and well-equipped. At times we wished we had rented a car since it is not quite close enough to the beach. However, it was a short and cheap Uber ride to most places we wanted to go.

Just OKbut not great!

Nothing great about this place. a long walk to the beach, 25 minutes and an OK place but not worth the money. The place was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon. The owner did his best to help but at a hefty nightly cost after the extra charges for cleaning and other fees were added it was pricey and not worth the money..A disappointing rental.

Cozy with charm

We traveled with our family of 5 (3 boys under 12). The accommodations were ok. The listing says that the unit could accommodate 6, but there were not enough towels, pillows, etc. to accomodate 6. The owner was prompt in responding to all of our questions and providing us with more pillows & towels. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Vanderbilt beach. The unit is the upper floor of the back side of a residence with a few other units. Not as secluded as we thought it would be. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom. Another full length mirror in the main bedroom as well as queen beds with another tv in the bedroom would have made our stay much more comfortable. The bed linens were old, and mattresses not as comfortable as they could have been. For a short stay, this is an adequate place to hang your hat. Lots of charm. Cozy. Overall ok.

Quirky, Clean but some issues

We arrived to find a very clean and beautifully decorated quirky home, very nice touches indeed.Joseph was kind enough to lend us beach towels and umbrella for the beach and we left the two sunloungers we purchased there for the next guests.The bathroom was exquisite, however the bedroom wasn't in keeping with the rest of the property? The beds were very uncomfortable and sat in a recess that meant you hit your head every time one sat up.Also no blinds nor curtains meant light flooded in whether one wanted to be awake or not.The WiFi was sketchy but once we asked Joseph he helped immediately.It was a lovely little property but very pricey for what it actually offered.We left a day early to go onto our next place a large villa in Orlando due to the beds and being awoken by Joseph's dog barking early in the morning..its a conversion hence noise travels very easily! So overall...Bathroom spectacular....kitchen immaculate lounge and dining area beautifully and well laid out..but the bedroom let's it down massively.Maybe a refurb or change around and instead of 2 doubles 1 big top quality mattress would work.Smoke detectors were dismantled? Plug loose in the bedroom behind cabinet.Alot of road closures in the area which apparently have been going on over a yr? So one has to drive to beach a long way round if one doesn't want to walk it every day.We had previously stayed at Islamorada for a week which seemed to have "soul" Naples itself seemed a very "sterile" place...exvept for Delnor Wiggins which is the best beach we have ever visited, full of wildlife dolphins swimming free...turtles the beach made it for us.

Loved all the trees around the property! Our little home fit right in.

TheTreehouse was extremely clean and comfortable with new furnishings and appliances. Best of all Joseph, the owner, quickly responded to any questions we had to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. He also had recommendations for parks to visit and places to see. We would certainly come back here upon our return. Eat at the Deep Lagoon restaurant which is less than a mile away. The seafood was terrific.

The Best vacation rentals in Naples Fl by far!

First, let me thank you for the awesome experience we had during our stay. The house was very well maintained. The owner is very professional as he went out of his way to make sure we had the best holiday. My family and I stayed in one of his other units last year and at that time we were so pleased with our experience we will definitely be back on our next vacation. wonderful house in the trees

Have been staying in the Tree house a couple of times and always enjoyed it. It is a nice clean house with open floor plan on the 1st floor in the middle of the tree tops. Full kitchen and split level sitting/dining is nice and spacious. Would book this property again.

Not as described.

When we arrived the toilet was not clean and there was hair in the tub and debris on the floor. When I told Joseph about it, he said I needed to send him pictures. I told him we had already cleaned the toilet since we had to use it obviously. He acted like I was lying and said he has never had any complaints before. Then he insisted we had to make arrangements for his cleaning lady to come back out the next day. When you only have 4 days for a honeymoon, it is really frustrating to have to put your plans on hold and make arrangements for things that we shouldn't have to worry about. The housekeeper was very nice and made us feel welcome, unlike how Joseph made us feel. The backyard is not private, it is shared with whoever is renting the bottom floor of the house. The only chairs available for outside go to the renters on the bottom so there is no place to even sit outside. The bed was way too short for my 6' husband, his feet hung off the end. Overall we felt like the place was way over priced and the first two days were stressful and not relaxing.
