Cozy Beach House

Enjoy our Naples, FL beach house designed for relaxing or entertaining couples, friends, and the whole family. Spend your day at beautiful Vanderbilt Beach or white sand Bluebill Beach, a short and scenic 1.3 mile walk (or use the included bikes). Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels all provided. You bring the wine and cheese for a remarkable sunset. Your beach house has three roomy bedrooms. Master has beautiful queen bed with a sitting area to relax, guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features a cozy bunk bed. WIFI, streaming TV in the master bedroom and living room. Washer/dryer included. The beach house includes two bicycles to get you around town. The home includes a covered carport and plenty of driveway parking. We do not live on the premise. However, we are available to communicate through talk, text, or email. Our beach house is in the perfect location to enjoy the beach and nature during the day and shopping and food at night. We are within walking/biking distance to several beaches as well as shopping districts. Shopping, dining, and bars are a short, 5 minutes Uber ride up the street to the famous Mercato shopping center or a walk/bike ride. Venture a little further and you are in downtown Naples, Naples Pier, Naples Zoo, and Waterside Shops. Fort Myers Beach, Jet Blue Park, and Miromar shopping outlets are all less than 30 minutes away. A week prior to your visit, we will send you our welcome packet which includes local suggestions as well as helpful tips to enjoy your stay.

I would stay here again. It is very clean, tastefully decorated, great linens and bedding. Laundry detergent was provided which is nice. Easy check in and out.One thing to note…If staying in August or during a heat wave, the A/C has trouble keeping up in the day. Nighttime it does cool down in the house. Bring in your own ice.

We visited Naples for our grandmother’s 87th birthday. She absolutely loved the house and was obsessed with the landscaping. This house is a little gem and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Naples. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Naples!

Cozy Getaway!

This is a lovely property that suited our needs perfectly. It's in a great location, easy to navigate to many delightful shops, restaurants, and cafes. Close to many different beach options. The house is stocked with thoughtful amenities including beach going gear, kitchen necessities, and staying-in entertainment. The communication with the hosts was phenomenal and their response to questions was prompt and thorough. I highly recommend this property for your Naples stay.

Great place, great location

This is a great place. The neighbourhood is beautiful. The house has everything you need. We had lots of room and everything we could possibly need was included. It was very clean which was appreciated. The outdoor spaces exceeded our expectations. We were close to the Mercato. Just a few minutes from great dining and shopping. Although we had no issues the host answered every message immediately. We would rent again in a heartbeat if we are ever back in Naples.

Our family with 2 toddlers really enjoyed our stay at this quaint home not too far from the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while away from home for Spring Break. We were also very glad to have the bikes and boogie boards to use, which was a plus.We appreciated the care given by the hosts as well. Upon arrival, there was an issue we ran into but Noelle was quick to address it.If the opportunity came again, we'd be happy to return to this home.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable cottage near beach

We were happy to discover the proximity of a beautiful beach, about one mile down a road, no lights. Short bike ride away. Also superconvenient is a Walmart about a five-minute walk. We liked the keyless entry feature. Makes coming and going easy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. It was great to shut the door of the master suite and enjoy privacy from the kids. The kitchen was clean and sufficiently stocked for our purposes. There is a backyard with a grill that we were not there long enough to enjoy. Overall, the place felt comfortable, convenient and safe. Thanks to the owners!

Sweet Little Gem

We had a wonderful time in this sweet home! The location is great for beaching, restaurants, shopping, etc. The home is well appointed - exactly as pictured. The owners were quick to respond to questions and recommendations. Beautiful landscaping as well. Would highly commend and hope to be back there in the future!!

We really enjoyed staying at Cozy Beach House. BTW: Bottom mattress for the bunk bed was not comfortable to sleep. Other than that everything was great!

Great place to stay, it was our beachvacay and this place is only 5min from the beach. Other close places to go shopping. Awesome stay and the best thing is that it looks just like the picture. The instructions were very clear so we didn’t communicate that much with the owner. Lovely place and I highly recommended it.

Nice Small Place in Great Location

I wasn't expecting it to be so small, we actually drove by it when we were looking for the house. But, it had everything we needed. It was nice having a laundry room, even though it was out back. There's even a mango tree in the backyard! We had a couple of concerns, but we were able to contact the owner easily. My two main complaints were that you were not able to adjust the thermostat yourself, and that our smoke alarm kept beeping and woke us up at five in the morning on the second day. My husband didn't like the bath tub in the master bathroom, because it was really hard to use the shower wand. He used the hall bathroom and I used the wonderful, deep tub in the master. We also enjoyed the coffee and beach towels that were included.

North Naples Gem!

Cozy & inviting, this rental had everything for a perfect stay. Thoughtful amenities (down to the board games!), a great host, and a comfortable vibe made it a true delight. Plus, the location in a fantastic neighborhood near everything was unbeatable! Highly recommend!

Naples, Florida is dear to our hearts because the majority of our family lives in the city. The
beach house is located in Naples Park which is only 1.3 miles to Bluebill Beach and
Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Our family enjoys riding our bikes to the beach or the many
shopping districts nearby.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love that we can wake up in the morning and run to the beach or hop on our bikes
and ride as a family to the beach. In the evening we enjoy date nights at the many
restaurant options around town.
