Your Tropical Oasis!! Please come enjoy what we believe is one of the best located units in Mauna Lani Fairways. Total privacy!!

No Lanai facing yours, no building right next door. No road outside your door or windows. Peek-a-boo views of the Mountain, and the golf course from the Master Lanai. Lanai is truly covered, not baked in the sun all day long. But the sun is right there if you want to roll the lounges out onto the grass.

Tastefully decorated with just about every amenity you could want. (read our 100% 5 star reviews) We want you to enjoy your stay and leave the details to us. The beds have luxury linens with a 3" gel foam pad on the master King size bed. The guest room can be made up as Twin XL beds or a King, also with gel foam pads for luxury comfort.

If there are 6 of you, we have a high quality electrically inflated blow up Queen bed complete with luxury linens, extra pillows and lovely bedding. Your complete comfort is our goal.

Our on-line guest book will provide you with every possible detail you could need for your stay from directions to our complex, to gate and door codes, Fairways complex details like pool hours, house rules, etc., and details about the unit to help get you settled. We've included links to restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery, spas, golf, tennis, and more.

The garage is fully stocked with a couple of bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, ice chest and more.

You will have access to the Owners Beach Club (4 min drive) as well as an easy walk to the amazing lagoon beach at the Fairmont Orchid. (8 min walk) Both of these beaches have awesome snorkeling. Stroll the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid with ponds, waterfalls, and amazing lush landscapes not to mention the ocean views and lovely beach walk path.

Golf? Yep!! There are 7 courses within 8 miles of the Fairways. Tennis? Yep!! Over 12 courts within walking distance. Boogie boarding? Yep!! Hapuna Beach is some of the best boogie boarding in Hawaii. (and one of the reasons we picked the Big Island...what can I say...I love to boogie board) The owners beach is literally some of the best snorkeling anywhere, with turtles and in season the whales make a daily appearance. This is truly a tropical paradise.

The unit was spacious, upgraded, and clean with plenty of amenities. Access to the beach club was great along with plenty of snorkel gear, chairs, etc.. The bikes were also a plus to have. It was very quiet and the location was ideal. Would stay here again.

Our group of four had a fabulous stay here! The beds and furnishings inside and out are stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook- pots, bowls, utensils, spices, oils, etc. There's a BBQ outside and multiple types of coffee makers. The garage is full of snorkeling, water and beach equipment, plus 3 bikes. We liked the privacy of the woods surrounding the lanai and back yard. The beach and snorkeling at the Mauna Lani Beach Club and 49 Black Sand Beach were great. There are many nearby places to eat, shop and buy groceries at Mauna Lani, Fairmont Orchid and the Waikoloa Resort areas. Payal and Anand are great hosts.

The home was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It was also very well stocked with all items needed for cooking in the home as well as getting out to the numerous nearby beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Quiet, peaceful, very comfortable, clean, loaded with extras to enhance our stay. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Owner provides a detailed informational document with everything you need. Access to the Owner’s Beach and Napua is a top shelf perk. We loved staying in this secluded two bedroom condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. It has everything you need in the kitchen and tons of beach toys in the garage. We loved walking to Holoholokai beach every night for the gorgeous sunsets. There is a grocery store near by which is nice to swing by and pick up your fixings for dinner on the way home from the beach. Amazing stay!

Truly, one of our families, favorite getaways! The property was clean, very comfortable, and close to a tremendous amount of amenities. Access to the beach club is such a gift! We enjoyed snorkeling, listening to the beautiful music from the restaurant, and exploring different shops and restaurants that were all a short bike ride away. We cannot recommend this Listing enough!

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Not only this Island, this area and this complex, but also this unit!! We just love our end unit, looking on to a wonderful keawe forest and not looking at other buildings or other Lanais or paths. While still easy access to the pool area, the privacy is second to none.

What makes this property unique

The Fairways proximity to the amazing Fairmont Orchid beach is a pretty well kept secret. Less than a 10 min. walk. It is just paradise to wake up early and stroll along the beach walk which goes for a few miles in each direction from the Fairmont Orchid.

Also the layout of the Mauna Lani Resort area is set up so as to reduce traffic. With the shops at the center, the round about then disburses traffic outwards rather than in a loop around the entire complex. This reduces the number of cars passing thru and brings a greater sense of privacy and security.
