This Hawaiian vacation condo has been beautifully upgraded with stone flooring, dark wood cabinets and granite counter tops throughout.
You'll love the ease of a walk in ground level unit with no stairs.

An open floor plan leads from kitchen to dining to the sunken living area which then flows out toward the lanai via pocket sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the amazing views in every direction from the lanai. You'll want to spend much of your time relaxing on your lanai enjoying the magnificent ocean views!

The King Bedroom has its own office area and ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping is provided by a new sleeper sofa. There is an additional powder bathroom for your convenience. Washer and dryer in unit with needed supplies to make traveling easier.

We provide a guidebook, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. This unit is equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs, central air, ceiling fans, and many useful items such as laundry soap, paper products, shampoo and body wash.

Very spacious for a one bedroom condo and completely set up with brand new furnishings!

Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner's Beach Club and Restaurant which is for all Mauna Lani Resort Owners.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

We spent a lovely week in Jason's condo at the Point. The recent renovations are very nice, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook while you are there, beach chairs, etc. are available, and the view across the thirteenth fairway is priceless. We will defintely stay here again.

Nice Property

This is the third occasion that my wife and I stayed in this unit. It is nicely furnished and well appointed with all amenities. The location is great with views of the golf course and the ocean.

Great sunsets. Fully stocked kitchen. All the necessities for the beach.Beautiful grounds. For long stay like ours some minor cleaning supplies like toilet bowl cleaner, and Windex would’ve been good. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful accommodations, clean and included everything you’d ever need in the kitchen and for the beach! The lanai is the best place to hang out with whales breaching and golfers on the 13th. Loved everything about the unit. We will be back!

great location, plenty of space, nicely supplied. The floors are quite smooth and light-colored so care is needed near the steps to avoid falling, especially when looking toward the slider when the sun is in front of the unit.

I didn’t want to go home!

From initial inquiry to departure this rental was a breeze! Fabulous location with incredible sunsets. Can’t wait to come back during whale season and just the humpback whale show. This unit has an incredible remodel and was far better than the pictures. Very well stocked kitchen and amenities. This is my go to rental when coming to the Big Island!

Beautiful Ocean View & Hawaiian Sunset

Spacious 1 bedroom. Very clean and updated. We had all we needed including beach chairs. It has a beautiful ocean view and comfortable back patio. Dining and watching the sunset from the patio was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to the Beach Club which made for a relaxing afternoon. We’ll be back. Aloha!

Spacious with a million dollar view

My wife and I spent 12 days in this unit. It was perfect. Very spacious. Plenty of room for two people or a couple people with two small kids. We wish the unit had an outdoor bbq and a bathtub, but otherwise perfect. Definitely recommend.

Great stay at Mauna Lani Point

We've rented many Mauna Lani Point condo's over the years (as we love the Mauna Lani area) but have to say, this is our favorite. Newly remodeled, fully-equipped unit with new, comfortable furnishings. Watched the whales out along the coastline and beautiful Hawaii sunsets from our rear patio. Snorkeled almost daily at the private Mauna Lani resort beach and convenient restaurant for lunch. Host was very helpful and responsive. Can't wait until our next visit.

Romantic Anniversary

The Point in Mauna Lani perfectly enhanced our laid back 30th anniversary celebration. Each day began and ended on the lanai enjoying the mountain & ocean views!! Morning walks right out the door took us to ocean and beautifully landscaped areas. The Beach Club was perfect for mornings we wanted to stay close, and afternoons found us at the pool. We used the beach chairs when we went to Kua Bay. The cooler was great for the shopping trip in Kailua. Most meals we prepared in because this unit has the best seat on the island. Check in, etc was effortless, the resort is quiet and very well maintained. Enjoy!

Beautiful, quiet location for our family of three

Unit is furnished in all new decor/finishes, with high end appliances, and very comfy master bed. Our college age son slept on pull out sofa, which to my relief was also comfy. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lovely landscaped grounds. Property co, Hawaii Luxury, was awesome—very responsive to any questions or concerns we had; would not hesitate to rent from them again! If it helps other first timers, the pool is located in front of D/E building. Also, if you’re looking for more local feel restaurants, our family really enjoyed going to Waimea area most nights (30 mins away). Kona was a bit further to drive back at night, but we did visit a few good ones close to Kona Commons area. Mahalo for a great stay!

Great experience

We stayed at Mauna Lani for a week while we were on the island for a wedding at the Fairmont Orchid. We were able to immediately relax upon arrival after a 16+ hour travel day. The condo was clean and even better than described. The view from the lanai is simply stunning, especially at sunset. We had everything we needed to spend days comfortably at the beach (towels, chairs, cooler bag, snorkeling gear all supplied). The area is perfect for morning walks/runs. We enjoyed having access to a pool, hot tub, and the private beach club. Additionally, we were a very short drive from a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. The very best part was Jason’s generosity in allowing us a late check-out on our final day as our flight did not leave until 7:30pm. I can’t say enough good things about the condo, location, and host!

Big Island Paradise

Our trip to the Big Island and this Mauna Lani Pt property could not have gone smoother & better. Top marks to the Rental Manager (Jason Mills) and his team for being extraordinarily organized & an attention to detail throughout our stay. From sending out checkin instructions, to having an effective guest playbook at the property to address just about every conceivable question, Jason was on it. And for the rare question that he did not anticipate, his response time & resolution were extraordinary. In terms of the property itself, it was precisely as advertised and then some. Location was terrific, the unit was beautifully appointed and had all the ammenites that one would want, if you owned the property. Maintenance of the grounds & unit were equally impressive. We certainly be planning a return visit and will recommend this service to all of our friends. Thx
