Please treat our house with respect; it’s our home, not a hotel. Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio inside the home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This side-by-side duplex shares a wall with the neighbor's home. Our neighbors have young children. Because of this, this is not a home for partying, loud music, or late nights. Any parties will promptly be reported and shut down. Please do not disturb our neighbors.

Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while a fourth bedroom on the lower level offers a king bed with a memory foam topper for added comfort. All rooms include blackout curtains and soft bamboo linens to ensure restful sleep.

The living room centers around a plush sectional, a fireplace, and a 77-inch OLED Smart TV for movie nights or quiet evenings in. Downstairs, a second entertainment zone includes a cozy movie room with a 65-inch TV, a full gym, and a private sauna for post-workout relaxation.

The chef’s kitchen comes ready for group meals, featuring a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. You’ll find cookware and dining essentials, along with a dining table that seats seven and additional island seating.
