This open, airy, recently renovated end unit is located in the family friendly community Mallard Lakes. The community offers 2 pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, basketball, shuffleboard, and 5 lakes.

The unit is located close to the beach, dining, shopping and local attractions. Great rental for a couple's getaway or girl's long weekend! You will enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails on the sun porch or patio, overlooking the lake.

Mallard Lakes has tennis courts, a basketball court, a shuffleboard court and picnic areas. Across the street is a sports bar and restaurant, a pizza and sub shop, a liquor store, a breakfast cafe, and a bakery. Within 2 miles are Harris-Teeter and a Food Lion, Walgreens pharmacy, a water park, miniature golf, go carts, ice cream shops and Fisher's Popcorn!

Our family loves the beach, but not the crowds and hustle bustle of Ocean City. Mallard Lakes offers relaxing and quiet surroundings. The pools are large and the community is perfect for outdoor activities such as walking, running, tennis, biking, basketball, and shuffleboard. And it's only a short drive to Maryland or Delaware beaches!

Beautiful townhouse

What a pleasure to have stayed in the Sunday's Mallard Lake townhouse. It is nicely decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The back porch is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The townhome was a perfect family getaway for us. Clean, modern, and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool, proximity to the beach, and everything Fenwick has to offer. Definitely a great choice! This was our 1st VRBO experience & are very happy about our choice.

A great family retreat

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, welcoming home. The screened back porch with a lake view was a nightly treat after putting our son to bed. The outside shower with hot water made getting rid of the sand after the beach super easy. Everything in the house worked wonderfully and it was a cozy, happy and relaxing vacation. Thank you!

Beautiful relaxing getaway!

We enjoyed a winter weekend getaway full of wine tastings and brewery tours. There is plenty to do even in the winter. As always this house was comfortable and clean!

No Smoking and No pets ( kennel located 4 miles away).
Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.
No cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights , but guest agrees to complete check out cleaning list which should take less then 20-30 minutes . The next guests would like it as clean as you found it when you arrived.
For stays of less then 7 nights, a cleaning fee of $75 will apply.
