This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath + outdoor shower retreat offers peaceful water views and a quiet setting. An ideal setup for beach days and relaxed evenings at your peaceful lakeside getaway.

Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen areas are bright and inviting, with new appliances, bar seating, a dining table for 6 and everything you need for easy meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room in front of the new 50” Fire Stick TV or relax on the screened porch with lake views. Lounge on the new outdoor patio—perfect for morning coffee or evenings by the water. Includes Wi-Fi, cable, and 3 smart TVs for streaming.

The community features pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, playgrounds, and scenic paths for walking, biking, fishing, and crabbing. We provide 3 beach chairs and 3 folding chairs for use at beach.

Things to Know:
- Use of community amenities is available for a fee:
• May 15 through Sep 15__ $75 for 1-3 nights or $150 for 4-7 nights.
• Remainder of the year__ $15 for 1-2 nights or $25 for 3-4 nights or $45 for weekly.
- Replacement fee of $175 if amenity key fob not returned to pool office drop box upon or before check-out. If found $125 will be refunded.

- This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
- Bedrooms located on second floor (stairs required).
- All renters must be 25 or older and be prepared to present ID upon check-in.
- No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping and No Parties.
- One assigned parking space. Additional passes available from office for non-numbered spaces.
