Stay at Heron Cove located in popular Mallard Lakes!

well sought after Mallard Lakes community.

Our space:
- Main floor offers a full Kitchen, powder room, dining area, washer & dryer, living room, & lakefront sunroom - perfect for picking crabs, enjoying morning coffee, or an evening cocktail!
- Upstairs you’ll feel comfortable with two bedrooms (4 beds) and a large full bathroom.
- Also enjoy our outdoor shower after a day at the pool/ beach and a storage closet equipped with chairs, games, and other beach vacation necessities!

Our community is Shore-to-Please the whole family with endless amenities:
- Relax, swim, and work on your tan at one of our TWO community pools.
- Get active on our tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, or Pickle-ball court .
- BBQ at one of our TEN picnic areas complete with charcoal grills.
*ammenities passes are to be purchased at the front pool office upon arrival*

- Fenwick Island State Park - 3 miles
- Ocean City - 2 miles
- Gorgeous Championship Bayside Golf Course - 2 miles
- Endless Restaurants, Shops, and Activities for the whole family!

NO SMOKING - $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied for smoking.

Sorry, no pets per HOA rental rules.

**An additional mandatory fee is required for parking & amenity use. $125 for up to 6 guests for a full week, payable upon arrival at the clubhouse. During the off season, when the pools are closed, the fee is reduced. Fees are mandatory and nonrefundable. Please bring cash or check for pass.

It was wondedull great location mins from beach and orher stuff around there. Host was absolutely fast in responding and was really nice and mindful. Would def come abck again

Great long weekend stay

We loved staying in Mallard lakes, it has the pool and easy parking and easy access to the beach and other activities on Fenwick Island

Great place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to many beaches and great restaurants. The best part was enjoying coffee on the porch overlooking the water.

Cute and comfortable

This house was really cute and cozy. The decor was nice and had everything our family needed. It was an easy drive to a few different beaches. There is a 50 fee if you use their linens and don’t wash them. We had to leave early so didn’t have time and just paid the fee. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Quiet place close to everything

This was my first time staying in Delaware and it was great. The property has everything you need and is only a 10 minute drive to beaches and shopping. We plan on coming again

Excellent, Charming Stay

My family and I stayed here in late June and we loved it. Very cute property, really has a classic beach cottage feel. The neighborhood is really cute, and the water views are lovely. It's a very convenient drive to the beach, as well as to restaurants and grocery stores, so we felt very well situated. Nicole was a wonderful host, and was very helpful in her communication, and accommodating to my questions. The only thing I would say is, if you're planning to use the kitchen for much cooking, just know that the dishes are a bit of a hodge-podge. And not all of the dishes (mostly the pots/pans, and some utensils we used) were completely clean. But we were able to wash everything, and we managed with what we wanted to cook :)Overall a great stay, and we would definitely come back!

Annual beach trip
