A solo unos pasos del Ponce Hilton, a minutos de la autopista, el Complejo Recreativo La Guancha, la Universidad de Puerto Rico, la Plaza del Caribe, el Museo de Arte de Ponce y otras atracciones. Is close to golf and convenientThe compound property needs to sort out air conditioning… there is none in front rooms and only bedrooms… makes it difficult to stay.The furniture is spartan… no comfortable loungers..Needs some improvements to be livable.

It was a an awesome place. My trip was an emergency trip and the property owner was very welcoming.

Super-responsive

We were here for family reasons and being in a house that immediately felt like home made the stay less stressful. The owner and property manager were super-responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this home!

Internet was very slow, gorgeous back yard, good location, laundry and safe neighborhood. I'd stay here again.

Overall, it was a great stay. Mr. Luis is great at keeping communication. The size of the house was great for my family and I. The amenities are excellent. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Prefect location

Unfortunately we went to PR for my aunts funeral, but this house with it’s beautiful plants was so serene and quite and only 10 minutes away from family. It was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. Would 100% stay here again!!!

Beautiful Home

The home was extremely clean and beautiful. The plants were very well maintained creating a very relaxing oasis. The owner was very responsive, respectful, and kind. The automatic gate was an added feeling of security and convenience for our rental car. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in this area! We were blessed to have stayed here.

Very nice and decorated accomodations.

We really enjoyed our stay. Luis is very helpful and has very nice accommodations. It would be nice to return sometime and see some more of the improvements he is working on for the garden area. Tropical garden

Stayed at this home for a week with my adult children. The home was clean and relaxing. My husband had a cup of coffee in the garden each morning and fed the fish. We used the kitchen every day. The home owner, Luis was easy to contact. Check in was easy. Overall a wonderful experience.

Amazing Holiday Stay

The house was cozy and accommodated my family and me for a week during Christmas time! We were comfortable and had ample space to spend time but also have some alone time. My favorite aspects were the backyard and the beautiful cross breeze you get in the dining/living room. One minor issue was a few bugs we spotted (both alive and dead). To me, this is not a huge issue, especially because I'm used to seeing it in houses in PR, but still worth noting. Otherwise, everything was great!!

Great Location

My elderly aunt, nephew and I stayed at the house for 11 days. The house is in a great location near the highways, places to eat and the Guancha. It is a nice home with plenty of room. Great breezes when you open the doors and the bedrooms are very comfortable. It has all the appliances needed including washer/dryer. The owner is very nice, accommodating and informative. The issue we had was the bathroom. The handle on the toilet stayed down if you weren't careful and the first night, the toilet overflowed and flooded the entire apartment. My nephew and I spent hours cleaning it up. The other problem was the drain in the shower. It kept getting clogged and although the owner tried a few times to unclog it, it went down very slow and we had to be careful it didn't overflow. The owner mentioned he would be getting a plumber to correct the issues while we were there but was unable to because of the holidays. Overall, I would stay again provided all the bathroom issues were resolved.

Comes with intruders!

The host was pleasant and accommodating at first. We ended up being delayed because of Covid once we did arrive, our stay was cut short due to unexpected intruders, AKA cockroaches in the bathroom. The house was dirty at the time of arrival and the toilet was clogged by day two. The property owner did try to resolve the cockroach issue with chemicals around the house. We have small children and that didn’t sit well with me. The toilet issue wasn’t resolved because the owners plumber wasn’t around at the time. With only one bathroom and 4 people, is was an issue. We contacted VRBO and the property owner advising them of the issues and asked for a refund as we decided at that point to leave the property. The owner only gave us less then half of a refund for only one night of staying at the property. I would not recommend staying here.

Casa bien equipada y buena localización

La casa está bien equipada especialmente la cocina. En la cocina hay de todo lo que se necesita. Excelente localización, bien cerca de la autopista, lugares de comer, gasolinera, subway al igual que un colmado y panaderia a uno o dos minutos en carro. Urbanización tranquila.

Bueno para nuestro propósito

Mi propósito fue para quedar mientras busco vivienda permanente. La casa queda en una urbanización afuera del centro de la ciudad. Nada turístico. Se necesita carro. Luis es muy amable, y tiene todo para una estadía cómoda. Igual que estar en casa. Él vive en el 2do piso.

Fantastic home away from home

My family and I had a long stay here while we were visiting. We all had a fantastic stay! The host was always on hand to answer questions, very hospitable, and made sure we were comfortable. The property is very clean and has beautiful landscaping all around to enjoy. The AC's in the bedroom kept us comfortable at night. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
