Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

The Summit 1502 in Panama City Beach, Florida, is a luxurious 3-bedroom penthouse offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious unit features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two king-size beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the common area, accommodating up to ten guests. The living area boasts comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and large windows leading to a private balcony with panoramic Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area. Guests can enjoy two beachfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, a fitness center, and direct beach access. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment options, The Summit 1502 provides an ideal blend of comfort and luxury for a memorable beachfront vacation.



IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and possible ejection.
