Beautiful Beachfront Cottage Leading Directly To Your Own Sandy Beach

Our wonderful beachfront home was designed with relaxation in mind. Walk through the twelve foot sliding doors and onto a covered deck overlooking Long Island Sound. Our property is one of the few beachfront homes with a grassy lawn that leads out to a large patio overlooking the beach.

The open floor plan provides ample space for the family if the weather requires an indoor day. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one full bath. The large master bedroom has a walk in closet, large windows and provides access to the second floor balcony. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has four bunk beds for the kids.

The covered deck with its outdoor couch provides shade and a great place to read or relax. There are two outdoor dining areas, one directly beach side and the other on the deck closer to the house providing ample seating.

The home comes fully stocked with all the amenities including central A/C, wide screen TV's, washer, dryer, internet, BBQ, beach chairs, fire pit, and beach toys for the kids.

Loved this beach house

Owner was great. Very friendly, responsive and welcoming. House was adorable and LOVED the outdoor space. The little bit of grass area was awesome for spikeball, CanJam and lawn games which my kids love to play. Great family time!!!

This is such an awesome property! Mark and Angie were just wonderful to work with and everything about the property is perfect. Beach, yard, clean house with all amenities and central AC a plus after days in the sun. We could not say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be back!

This was the second time we spent our family beach vacation at Mark's property. Upon arrival the house was immaculate, and Mark checked in to be sure everything was okay.The most important aspect of the property to us is the outdoor space with its ample seating, gassy area for the grandkids to play when they are not at the beach, and the direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. We would not have returned for a second time if the property was not exceptional!

Cozy cottage on the beach

We had a lovely stay at Mark's house. Everything was in order and Mark was very nice and communicative. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and it was great to go to sleep with the sound of the waves. The house was clean and very homey. Really good for families. Thanks!

Beautiful winter days at the beach

The house is very inviting and has a relaxing vibe, dominated by incredible views and immediate access to the beach. Super for a stay with kids (as we did) but seems also great for a romantic get away. Mark was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would certainly come again.

Great Vacation Home

We had an amazing stay at Mike's beautiful home! The house was spotless and very comfortable! The view from the porch was stunning and all of the amenities the house had to offer (air conditioning, kayaks, beach chairs, and more) made our stay extra special. The beach in front of the house was so fun and we loved swimming and looking for sea glass. A great time was had by all!!!!

Incredible property

We had the most incredible stay. The property was amazing. The house was fully stocked, clean, comfortable, well laid out, beautiful views, right on the beach/water. Great outdoor seating, large tables for outdoor meals, fire pits and all the extra amenities-fishing rods, kayaks, paddle board, and more. The instructions and suggestions were extremely helpful. Communication was great. Highly recommend this property!!!

A relaxing stay at the beach

The outdoor space at this house is amazing, everything you could possible want was available and in perfect working condition. We used the large outdoor grill, and the Blackstone every day, even breakfast could be made outside. We had no previous experience with a Blackstone now our family wants one too. The lawn area was perfect for the young kids (2 and 6) when not at the beach. The choices of seating spaces for eating and relaxing gave everyone a choice they could be happy with. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy family!

Wonderful!

An amazing property right on the beach. Sunrises were breathtaking! Comfortable and very clean accommodations. The shower was always hot, even with our big crew. Mark was incredibly responsive and over delivered. We had an amazing stay- Thank you!

Perfect beach vacation

Had a wonderful 2-week stay at Mark & Angie’s vacation home. Unbeatable location, with a wall of windows on both floors to enjoy the water views. Outside, had great covered and open patio space, and a lovely lush garden area, with the sandy beach right at our feet. Too late in season for swimming but beach was very clean and we enjoyed walking and shell-collecting on the beach every day. Enjoyed glorious sunrises over the water every morning and moonrises over the water at night! Had a day of high winds that gave us some entertaining surf to watch as well! Kitchen had high-end appliances and the quality and quantity of cookware and dinnerware was really impressive. Bed linens and towels were plush and plentiful. Even the cleaning and paper supplies were more generous than I have ever seen in a rental. When we mentioned to the owner that we love to read, he purchased additional lamps and even put out an eclectic selection of books for us! Mark and Angie are outstanding hosts!! They gave us a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift and provided wonderfully detailed information about the cottage, where to find things, how to operate things. They even provided a great list of their favorite restaurants, which was extremely helpful. They were readily available by cell phone to answer any questions, and Mark came over promptly to show us how to use the smart TV and Alexa (!!) and the gas fire-pit. You could not find a lovelier vacation spot or more thoughtful, helpful and generous hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us and creating such a spectacular vacation for us!

Perfect beach trip with the family!

Beautiful place to stay on the beach. We were very happy with how clean the property was and the communication with the owners was great. Spent 3 perfect days on the beach with my two younger children. We will be coming back to this rental in the future!

Slice of Heaven

Mark’s home was perfect and in a great location, right on the beach. The slider off the living room to the backyard made the inside and outside flow beautifully. We spent our time outside enjoying the multiple seating areas and the covered patio with the fire-pit was a wonderful spot to hang out when it briefly rained. All in all a spectacular rental and Mark was accessible and very helpful. We hope to return in the near future!

Wonderful weekend

We rented for a long weekend to attend and celebrate my daughters graduation from Sacred Heart University. The location was perfect. The house was awesome. Enough room for all of us to have our own space. The yard is so inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope we are able to stay again in the future.

Nice house right on the beach

Owner, Mark, provided a very complete information sheet that was great. Every time we had a question we referred to it and found our answer. It also included a list of nearby restaurants that we found helpful. And when I asked if they happen to have a high chair, he provided one plus a stroller. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Christmas at the Beach!

My sister and I gathered our families to celebrate Christmas together with my mother who recently sold her house nearby and moved into assisted living. The house was great, and even better and bigger than it appears in the photos. Kitchen is fully stocked and big enough to cook in, furniture is all comfortable and well cared for. Lots of outdoor seating and hanging out-- even in December. The beach is great for walking; you can walk out the door and walk down to a nature preserve for a lovely 2-mile beach walk.

Amazing location!

The location can’t be beat… right on the water… and the house has EVERYTHING you might need - lifejackets, kayaks, paddleboards, fire pit, etc etc etc. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay for the whole family

Mark is a great host who reached out before the booking to check-in and made himself available to answer any questions. The house was a perfect fit for us and provided a ton of entertainment for the kids and possibilities to relax for the adults. The house is spacious, well-lit, with amazing views of the ocean and beach. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay again in the future. My 3 and 4-year olds loved playing in the sand, riding the paddle-board (with us, of course), and pretend fishing in the small pools created by the shifting sands. The water is so calm and perfect for those folks wanting a gentle entry into the water. Even though we didn't take advantage of the kayaks, it was great to know they were available to us. The inside of the home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. The scented air freshener was a bit overpowering, but simple enough to remove during our stay. We also couldn't figure out how to get the dvd player working, but there were enough subscription channels available to find entertainment on the two rainy days we had. Overall, a great stay that I'd definitely recommend.
