Bedroom 4 is located on the first floor and has two single beds, wardrobe, chests of drawers and flat screen TV with digital TV. Two cots are available on request.
Pool / Spa
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Dear Guest, we want you to enjoy your stay at barn Owl cottage but we would respectfully ask that on the day you check out, beds are turned back and used crockery from breakfast is placed in the dishwasher and that the dishwasher is turned on. During your stay, we would also ask that you ensure that any damages are reported to us at email@example.com and appropriate action is taken to minimise any further damage -clean up spills, wipe any marks off furniture etc. Please ensure that all keys are returned at the ned of your stay.
