Perfect house for us and our dog

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us...well stocked, clean and we loved the location- near a lot of great restaurants and things to do. The lanai and yard were a welcome bonus for the dog (she loved it all too). Sheryl and her daughter were quick to answer any questions, they were super nice and accommodating! Loved it all!

Florida getaway

The home was perfect fit for our needs with a fenced in backyard and location to everything. The hosts were very outstanding with communication and needs. There wasn’t a bbq grill and they delivered a new one within a couple of hours. Outstanding! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine until we left and were held responsible for damage that did not occur during our stayTake lots of pictures (preferably time stamped) upon arrival and when leaving so this doesn’t happen to you

It is an unfortunate situation for us as well, as we rent out multiple homes and this is the first time we’ve had to use a client’s insurance policy for repairs The same maintenance company, a family business, painted the interior of this home, three years ago and have cleaned it after every departure. They care for the home and agreed it was not like that the day you arrived, they cleaned the home the morning of your arrival. A potted palm was chewed, a side of a sofa on a rattan sectional was torn off The other end was also damaged. In addition, an inside sofa cushions foam and zipper were damaged. Repairs are being made.
