Coastal Bliss and Endless Sunshine

The one-of-a-kind Isla Del Sol community provides a breathtaking combination of water views and sprawling golf courses. This beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo is nestled in Vista Verde North and right in the midst of an open, green golf course, complete with peaceful ponds and swaying palm trees. Step inside, and you’ll appreciate the open floor plan and beach decor throughout. The living room is light and bright with a sleeper sofa and large TV while the formal dining table seats six people comfortably. A large kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with plenty of cabinetry and another 4-top dining area. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en suite bath, large walk-in closet, and more golf course views. After a full day of fun in the sun, sink into a luxurious bath in your oversized tub! The second bedroom is equally charming with a king bed and easy accessibility to the second bathroom or great room. Wander out the back door and lounge on your lovely, private patio overlooking manicured greens, or step out the front door to relax poolside.

Once you’ve explored Vista Verde, you may be interested in many of the other exciting amenities Isla Del Sol has to offer! If you are a kayak or SUP (Stand up Paddle Board) enthusiast, there are several on-site launch points for your non-motorized toys.  Head out to Isla Del Sol’s own private beach overlooking the intracoastal or tour the Yacht and Country Club which offers tennis and golfing with varied membership/usage options.  Ready to explore further? Peddle down the famed Pinellas Trail which spans over 30 miles, or walk the pristine sands of St Pete Beach which is just over the Bayway Bridge.  Other must-see attractions include Fort DeSoto Park, John’s Pass in Madeira Beach, and a multitude of Jimmy Buffet style restaurants and beach bars with their own unique island charm.  It’s a can’t-pass-up opportunity to live the beach life!

Coastal Bliss & Endless Sunshine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was supplied. Convenient to the beach, dining, & shopping. The pool area was perfect. Fully in the sun, clean, and heated. Plenty of walking areas. Kelly & Josh @Pinkchairrealty were assessable and immediately resolved the only issue that occurred with a contractor wanting access to the condo during our stay.

Nice property, very clean and well kept. Nicely appointed to include everything you’d need including pots and pans, appliances, linens, and other supplies. Great location close to everything and very easy to get in and out. Overall a great stay - we will stay again when in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Isla. Absolutely loved our time here. It was extremely clean and set up well from the large kitchen to the fully equipped living areas with what I believe to be a 70 inch 4K TV. The swimming pool and hot tub are close a short stroll from the front door. The deck is right on the fairway and what a nice place to sip Coffee in the morning. The unit is huge with 2 large bathrooms and the property manager is amazing. She helped us get our feet on the ground after a long journey and answered all of our questions promptly. We will be booking again soon! Christina

Very cute nicely furnished easy access to beach

Very nice condo two king bedrooms TVs in each room kitchen well equipped. Nice pool very close by. Decent little porch out back overlooking golf course. St Pete beach an easy bike ride, maybe a mile walk. Great park a couple islands down the road. Not a ton of things to do in the immediate area but one or two bar&grills nearby. Small beach is nice and handy. Bike and walking trails abound. Not able to use the golf course FYI members only. I suppose you could join. HVAC and kitchen appliances all worked great. Convection oven is handy too. Realtor comm very good and a plus. Only minor annoyance was the minimal construction quality of the walls and floors above which meant we could hear neighbors particularlly upstairs loud walking around. But we got used to that and overall it didn’t detract from our experience.

A Perfect Fit!

While researching where to stay on a return visit to Tampa Bay I was referred to VRBO and found our condo rental in Isla Del Sol. Having always booked at hotels and never through VRBO I was skeptical at first but must report that I’ve been converted. The check in process was smooth and simple and the condo was clean, and much more comfortable and private than staying in a hotel room. The ground floor unit and parking near the door was a big plus for us and featured a relaxing, and sometimes comical golf course view. Having a second bedroom and bathroom, and a full kitchen, allowed us to host our grand daughter for two nights with ease. That’s something we very much enjoyed and couldn’t do on our past visits with hotel rooms. The condo location was superb and made driving around the area a breeze. We had easy access to the interstate to visit family in Gulfport, Bradenton and Tampa yet were still very close to the restaurants, happy hours and beautiful sand of St Pete Beach... as well as one of my favorite places, Fort Desoto. We had a wonderful restful stay at Isla del Sol and are already planning our return next year. Thank you for offering such a great place!

Beautiful Getaway

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The complex was quiet and serene with a pool and jacuzzi just steps from the front door. St Pete Beach is a 2 minute drive across the bridge. Loved my time here — too short!
