Stylish, Gateway to the Black Hills , 2-bedroom condo -20minutes to Mt. Rushmore

I am a married mom with four beautiful daughters, two grown and moved away and 2 teenagers still at home. We are both South Dakota natives. My husband has lived in the Hermosa area his entire life having grown up on a dairy farm and ranch here and I grew up in Rapid City and have been living in the Hermosa area all of my adulthood, so this is our community that we know and love! We have been entrepreneurs from the start and making our way through life in different ventures which led us into the rental housing market in the Hermosa area.

A few years ago, we decided to build a duplex on some land we had been sitting on. One led to two and two led to 3! Wow it was a lot of work over these last few years as we are "do it yourselfers"! I with the design and he with the skills and a lot of blood, sweat and tears, we finished all 6 units and have had annual renters to this point! The units turned out so cute and homey that one day our daughter asked why we weren't sharing the beauty of them with all the travelers we have coming to our area through a vacation rental. Timing just never really worked out until now, so with her help, our lovely little unit came to life! We are so very excited to share our hard work with you all and hope that you find as much enjoyment in it as we had in making it come to life!
