Situated less than a mile from the beautiful Lake Erie beaches and vibrant downtown Lorain, our Cozy Hideaway is the perfect place for groups of up to 8. Recently renovated and professionally designed, our home ensures a great stay with all the modern comforts you need. The backyard boasts a relaxing hot tub and is fully fenced in, making it ideal for families or groups with pets.



Inside, the large living room features a sectional couch and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials, including a coffee bar that doubles as a small dining table when the leaf is open. Additionally, a sunroom off the kitchen boasts an overhead fan, screened windows, and a large dining table for up to 8.



Our home includes three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom has a full trundle bed with a twin bed underneath, while the other has a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also on this floor. Upstairs, you`ll find a luxurious king bed, along with a desk and chair for added convenience.



The basement offers additional space with a full pull-out couch and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also includes a large dining room for up to 8 and offers gaming options with an old-school Nintendo 64 and a Mortal Kombat arcade game.

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
